I've been WFPB going on 6 years this spring. Over the course of that time, I've lost close to 50 pounds and reversed some conditions that were starting to become chronic. I just found your channel the other day, and I love it! You are funny, entertaining, and give out info that is understandable for everyone, even people just starting their health journey. I still learn new things from videos such as yours, but I also use them as motivation to continue on and to keep the important things in the forefront. Congrats on your inspirational weight loss, and thank you for helping others! Sharing this video with my grandkids. By the way, I'm almost 67, lift weights, walk, hike, backpack, garden, and ride horses when I can. Loads of energy.
I have been on a full plant based diet for the past month. No oils, fat, sugar, meat, dair and processed foods. I am never going back. I now want to run a marathon. Food has completely opened up to me. I the kitchen so much. Love your video. Thank you. The whole plant based community is so helpful.

I have gone from 301 to 230 since end of January on Plant Base eating. What I enjoy about this video are the reminders and encouragement to keep going and stay with it! Thank U!
I went from around 260lbs to 219lbs, so 40 lbs, by switching to a whole food plant based diet. I’m still on the journey, but the weight is coming off! I’m a type 1 Diabetic, but my insulin needs were cut in half, and I am in non-diabetic range most of the time.
It’s important for you to understand that it’s not the fruits and vegetables that make you gain weight it’s what you put on them or cook them in. Butter, oil, and fats.
I've been plant-based for about 4 yrs (vegetarian 5 yrs). I transitioned gradually. I learned from Drs. Barnard & McDougall (videos What The Health and The Starch Solution). I'm not perfect. I am a senior & do this mostly for health. I cook simple meals & think more in terms of the four food groups. I did research to make sure I get enough protein, vitamins & minerals. I try! I find oil the most difficult thing to give up, and I eat fish once in a while, but never meat or dairy. I am very happy eating this way. Love to bake vegan : )
It's really about creating a system that's best for you. We don't judge here on the channel, but happy to help and talk PB anytime! Vegan baking is a no brainer - such easy swaps. Zero reason to use animal products in baking, IMO.
I’ve actually gotten bigger plates and fill them up and have still lost 75lbs in the last 15 months eating WFPB 😄 Lunch today was a huge plate of steamed potatoes and roasted broccoli with cashew cheese sauce!
Just walk! Yep! Life changing. I’m blessed to live in the country and walk in nature every morning. No connection to anything on my phone. Just listening to the sounds of nature 🩷
Hi Jeremy, my name is Melissa, I am located in South Carolina USA 30 minutes from Charlotte, NC. I just found your channel last night in search of plant based recipes. The first video was loaded with a wealth of recipes. That video sold me when you shared how to make your own plant based milks. 🥛 I'm on a new journey where I want to convert from an unhealthy food lifestyle that I've never known how to eat healthy from birth. I'm a picky eater, but I want to overcome my health issues and LIVE!!!! I've been implementing different changes in my life since I was released from the hospital last April 2023. I almost died from Chronic Kidney Disease level 4 with my kidneys shutting down. I survived, and I've been working hard to find healthier solutions. I really enjoy your channel. I've got to get some tips you've shared together so that I can boost the plant based meals in my life. I was first introduced to PBWF'S through Forks Over Knives video/movie, and I purchased their books. So I do have a few recipes, but I really want to convert over to PBWF'S for a healthier lifestyle. I have been going to the gym. My doctors are extremely proud of me and my hard work, but I want more than where I am now. Thank you for your time in creating your channel. I look forward to learning more. Have a blessed day! 😊
Congrats on making a change for your healthy - that's soooooo awesome. So glad that we can help with information and inspiration. Keep us in the looop with your progress!!!
I'm so happy for your new outlook on this lifestyle and way of eating! I'm excited for the health improvements in your days ahead ❤ You won't regret it!
Hi from Arizona Jeremy, 68 yo obese lady here, been eating WFPB for about a month and already I am experiencing tons of benefits already, like losing 15 pounds and walking is so much easier. I'm so glad I found your channel. Luckily, I'm retired and can spend as much time as needed on meal prep, which is one of my favorite things. You'll be my new guru for a while, M-K?
Hello, thanks for your advice and help. I am 50 years old and two weeks ago I made the decision that I no longer want to eat meat from any animal. I still continue to eat eggs and some dairy. And I feel wonderful. Thanks again. 😊
Thank you for this! I started off the same way. I was pescatarian and then vegetarian and then fully plant-based, and now mostly whole-food plant-based and that process too 13 years - so you do you at your own speed.
This video is fantastic! I've been WFPB for several years now and it took me a LONG time to learn all the tips/ideas you mentioned. I learned everything from various WFPB doctors and vloggers. Your video bunched it all together and it's awesome knowledge for any WFPB beginners. On the topic of exercise, it seems as though just simply walking daily is all that is needed 😄This is coming from my own weight-loss experience, as well as many others I've heard having great success from this. Anyways, I'm new to your channel and loving your vids! Can't wait to watch more 💚
some exercise is bad for the adrenals if ours are already stressed. i think vibration platforms, yoga and pilates can be great too. I did deep water running, and used to slow myself down for control, rather than doing a fast egg beater..as i felt like doing, which would raise the heartbeat or id walk across the pool (on foot)in shallow or deep water. x
I just found your channel today and have enjoyed a couple of your videos. I've also joined your Facebook group and checked out your website. I like your content-you get right to it, give us a LOT of valuable information and you sprinkle in humor and great visuals. I get really tired of channels that ramble on and on and take forever to get to the point! Thank you!
Hello from Texas! New to your channel & love it! It is hard when your hubby is a stubborn meat & potatoes eater!! And your diabetes nurse practitioner says YOU MUST EAT MEAT! But I’m trying hard to be consistent. Thanks for all the great info!
Ask that nurse how much training she has in nutrition - I bet it's practically nill. So many examples of people who have reversed diabetes eating WFPB. And tell that stubborn hubby to start making his own meat and potatoes :) My pleasure! Hope your family and health professionals start being more supportive of you you want to be!
Don't give up. Change your focus from what others are telling you and set your eyes on the prize you desire. I, too, have type 2 diabetes. I just received news that my two insulin medications are not covered by my healthcare insurance changes. It's too expensive to pay out of pocket with the insurance only covering pennies towards the total. I don't know if you have any of the sensors like Libre3, dexacon, etc. But the Libre3 has been the BEST TOOL for me to monitor my blood sugar levels which gives me the insight to know I am in the good range and when I've ate or drank something that spikes my numbers. I highly recommend the sensors. Nevertheless, since my health insurance is not covering the insulin it has been motivation for me to find my resources in converting to PBWF'S and that's how I found PBwithJ's channel. I'm praying for you @dwoodall3066. You can do it!!! 😊 I hope you have a blessed day! ❤
Thank you for all of the info! I have been vegan for almost 3 years and while I eat moderately healthy I do have some excess weight I want to lose. I just know that I can feel even better than I do now. The past few years I have indulged in the vegan junk food scene and I’m ready for a Whole Foods plant based journey !
My pleasure! Congrats on your journey so far! This channel has LOADS of stuff to help you along. Congrats! I know you're going to do well! Let us know how you do!
Can you help me with starting out eating plant based? I did keto years ago. I used to be 209. In 189. Still have some belly fat! I’m nervous on doing this! How do order vegan food in restaurants?
yeah if i cant hold it in my hand, in its raw state (if not how i have it) i mightnt eat it. I did buy some hommus and chickpea snacks in cans, baked beans (maybe not 5 star but i think 4star)x
I’ve been WFPB for 4 years, but I’ve just now buckled down and eliminated the “vegan junk food” as well as not using oil. So far so good with weight loss. This well done video was helpful and informative! Thank you!!
Thanks for going over everything! I have only been plant based for one month. I am watching as many videos as I can and reading everything about plant based. It keeps me motivated when my old thoughts come to mind. It calms my fears of completely changing my way of life. I am already feeling a change. Thanks for sharing. It helps tremendously. Plus you are hilarious. I love how you tell people to drink water. Lol
You can do it! You're in a great community here and we've got your back - and if you want to take that to the next level join us over the member's community, but keep doing what you're doing - you're on a great path :)
Wow, Jeremy, so much information in just one video! Amazing! I’m living plant based since 1981, just wanted to add: you can gain too much weight on a plant based diet, too. I did, and I even got diabetes. Now I’m saying good bye to ALL sugars ( a big family with a lot of birthdays is one of my 'excuses'). I quit alcohol, coffee, of course nicotine years ago, now I’ve to quit too many carbs (bread lover), especially sugar. I LOVE water and sugary drinks aren’t in our house, we’ve a garden with fruit and veggies. And I love cooking, maybe a little too much… I was kind of insulted, when I got the diagnosis of my doctor and he almost begged me to loose weight. It’s kind of hard at the age of 68, but I’ll do my very best. Now you came in my way for uplifting and motivating … and I’ll have a look at your website. It’s so easy, right: veggies, fruit, whole grains, good fats, MOVING, doing some strength training. Moderate exceptions and excuses 😁. Thank you! Love from Germany , Monika❣
Hey Monika - thanks for sharing all of this! I try to explain the big difference between simply plant-based and whole food plant-based. And ultimately people just have to understand the balance between different types of foods - but all that information is here on the channel :) Glad to have you in our community!
@@pbwithjeremy Right, that’s a big difference! We mostly are whole food plant-based, we’ve even a mill, making our own flour for bread, cakes, noodles… and I agree: balance is the miracle word. You’re doing great work!
I been on a plant based diet since July the 4th well I did have banana pudding at a restaurant and paid the price the next day and I did have raw oysters for a date night but other than that I been trying so hard to stay plant based I wanna say vegan but this summer I purchased two quarts of pure honey from my local honey man and I don’t want to let that go too waste. I have a hard time throwing away things I have previously bought any advice or motivation would be helpful and appreciated I have struggled for years with constipation and I have been going potty without having to take laxatives or herbs and this is huge for me I am 39 and been having chronic constipation since I have been 22 so I will continue to do my best!!! Thank you for being real and authentic I am very grateful for your support and inspiration and motivating tips ❤
Thanks for sharing! I think eating plant-based should help out your constipation challenges for sure. I also did a video on the channel called "The Scoop on Poop" so make sure you check that out for more advice on that topic. Honey, for plant-based people, is a grey area - my wife and I have a little bit here and there. Staunch vegans are against it - but perhaps you fall more to the plant-based side of things than vegan - I also have a video here on the channel talking about the difference between the two things. Proud of you for making this change - good for you! Stay in touch and let us know how it's going!
I, too, have an issue with throwing food away because I work hard, and it feels like I'm throwing my hard earned money away. It's got to be a psychological thing for me, but I've not figured out how to overcome it yet. I've got to do as Jeremy recommended and clean the house of items I don't need so that if it's not there I can't grab it. My biggest problem is that my family isn't on the same plate as I am with converting to PBWF'S. I have to make multiple meals, and that gets exhausting and expensive. I will succeed because I don't want to experience another hospital like I did last year, from March 14, 2023, through April 5, 2023. It's taken a year to recover physically, and I'm not back to my physical activity. I was before going into the hospital, but I will get there. If I learn any tips to help, I will share. I hope you have a blessed day! 😊
@@SecretPlace4Peacewhy not bag up the non wfpb food ask if anyone wants to buy it , family friends, tell them you are going wfpb, and any money you make will go towards buying ingredients, if not give to a soup kitchen, they will definitely appreciate it, and make you feel good! There's no point keeping things in your cupboards that you won't eat, it's too much of a temptation! Good luck with the WFPB.
You really should guest on Chef AJ’s show your sensible and easy and no fuss approach makes this path a no brainier, plus your family are nuts in a very nice way and they make me laugh. Thanks from the UK for another great show, keep em coming x
I'm trying to lose 60 lbs. Ive been vegan over 15 yrs, but realize I really need to stick to whole food plant based. I found your channel 2 weeks ago and have been binge watching your videos! Im loving your channel so much!
You got this! Is there anything content wise I could do to help you on your journey? Really touched that you're loving the channel so much! Keep in touch with your journey!!! Let me know how the channel can help you.
@@pbwithjeremy thanks! Do you have any videos that show what you ate on a day for weight loss? I get confused sometimes thinking I need more vegan protein. Sometimes I notice I am less hungry when eating more vegan protein. Right now I do use some protein powder and eat some vegan chicken ( Daring brand). I would rather stick with more whole foods though.
The vegan chicken is processed, so probably isn't helping you too much... I don't specifically have WIE about my weightloss days - wasn't super active on UA-cam then (silly, right? would have been prime time!) BUT if this is something you think might be helpful I can try to put together a video!
YESSSSSSS!! Thank you for sharing this, you explained things so well. I've been Vegan/WFPB 6mos (vegetarian 5 mos before), and my health has improved DRAMATICALLY! AWESOME JOB! 💖
It's like UA-cam knew that I needed this motivation today! My husband has made huge strides with his weight loss over the last several months but I'm just getting started! 😊 I wish I never stopped eating WFPB because it's eye opening how much better I'm feeling doing it again!
Hello I am plant based 100 percent and I have lost over 1oo pounds now I'm getting thin my wife is jumping on the band wagon . I am watching from CALIFORNIA in the high desert you and your family have a blessed thanks giving and yes Christmas.
I feel more hydrated when my 16 oz glass of water has a tablespoon of orange or cranberry juice in it. I enjoy the water more, too. My second favorite is a lime slice and crushed mint leaf. You have options with the water.
Thank you for this video, have been eating more and more plant based meals just because I feel better when I do - I am diabetic on insulin and my blood sugars are amazing. Have a lot of weight to loose, but now that my food is good nutritious plant based whole foods I feel I can now address portion sizes and start seriously loosing weight, new subscriber from Shepperton, England
A lovely video jam-packed with a tonne load of information to be revisited again and again. I’m new to this WFPB lifestyle, not entirely vegan but…almost! One thing I have to say,I went the low carb-high fat route and it completely messed with my body…had some weight loss, felt terrible while doing it and it all came back eventually. Its a very difficult life-style to maintain. Whereas WFPB is almost effortless and I’m feeling great and full of energy inspite of the weight loss. Binge-watching your videos. Please keep them coming.
So glad this is helpful for you! It's a journey and not a destination so take your time and enjoy the process! Glad you're enjoying and binging!!! Stay in touch!
Excellent content! Thanks for the reminders. I’ve been eating WFPB since 2017, but sometimes some of that vegan junk/convenience food “finds” it’s way in. I feel so much better when I eat cleaner. Thanks for all you do; we recently found you and enjoy your channel. 😊
So happy you found the channel - glad you're enjoying it! I'm 90% WFPB and the other 10% is for when I just need to enjoy life and not worry as much. It's all still plant-based/vegan - but yeah, I'm not super strict with it, so long as I keep the right balance. Sounds like you've got the right mindset to do this long term!
Just starting out. Learning lots, your recipes look great! I have reversed pre-diabetes; and ankylosing spondylitis symptoms, since June of last year by cutting out most sugars/candy and cutting back carbs. I no longer crave junk food. Don’t have a high speed blender; vitamix is expensive also don’t have an air fryer…yet.. meat and cheese are harder to give up. I live in Mount Forest, a rural area in South western Ontario. Finding some products is a challenge. Thank you for your great content here on you tube and on your website.
My pleasure Julie! So glad to hear you're making a change for your health! Congrats on all the success so far with health shifts! For the Vitamix I have a discount code in the video descriptions of the newer videos but ALSO you can find refurbished ones online for a fraction of the price..
Congratulations on reversing your health issues. You can do it. We all can, together. ❤ Thanks to PBwithJ's insightful knowledge, I believe we have hit the jackpot to enter the door of healthy living. 🪙🍲💛🏅🍯🌈
GREEN APPLE DIP! Vitamix or high powered blender: 1 can chickpeas (undrained) 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup Maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla pinch of salt Blend ...then stir in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips HEAVEN!
Excellent video with great information. Hello from Oregon! I'm at the beginning of my journey, and you make it all sound so simple. I'm a master at over-complicating things, so thank you for some good ideas. I'll check out your website, too.
Thank you Patricia! Greetings from Toronto, ON Canada! So glad this information doesn't feel overwhelming and that you feel it's doable. I've been eating this way for years now and now only do I find it simple - I love it! Keep in touch and let us know how your journey continues!!!
Now I'm hungry. That burger with the red cabbage coleslaw looked awesome! I'm trying all these new foods following this diet. I'm now a huge fan of buckwheat as a substitute for rice in a stir-fry.
I wish I had found your videos sooner! You are so passionate about explaining the WFPB lifestyle! Thank you for your thorough explanations of nutrition and implementing them into day to day life. Looking forward to more videos❤
💯 % agree! PBwithJ you are amazing with your wealth of knowledge and experience to share with us. I love your personality and humor. I'm loving your content. Thanks for all of the time, effort and sacrifices you endure for the content in your channel. ❤
Great Video.......full of the best info. Thank you for posting. I have been eating plant based for now over 9 years, off and on........but now find myself at 62 needing to drop some weight. So a great refresher.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks so much for this message - and congrats on maintaining the life change! We all need a little refresher from time to time!!!
WOW thank you so much for this video. You're amazing! I would love to see the recipes specially for that chocolate tart that looked sooooo beyond this world!
I really like your videos! I learn a lot of kitchen tips and ideas. Maybe this is silly, but thank you for showing the handful serving size of nuts - I'll be using that daily to help with my portion size 😊
Oh wow. So glad that was helpful. It’s nice to have those little hacks in your brain that you can use quickly. Hand sizes vary, but if you’ve got bigger hands chances are you can have a slightly larger portion of nuts to go with it. Thanks for watching and the feedback, Liz!!!
Useful information. Thanks for the meal planning ideas and stats on vegan protein sources. I LOVE eating the rainbow and get seriously hangry if deprived of a big range of fruits and veg. Recently I was traveling, and that reminded me how important it is to pack some grapes, carrots, or other healthy snacks. They really help to keep your energy up.
Just starting my journey at 55. I live in the Philippines and the vegetable selections are limited, but there is tofu and other things I can use for variety. Great video, thank you!
I am just on day five of Whole Foods plant-based lifestyle I don’t think I’m getting enough calories. I’ve been eating mostly vegetables and fruit so I know I need to work on it. I am in BC Canada. Thank you for sharing all this information.
You got this! What makes you think you're not getting enough calories? Make sure you include some grains, starchy vegetables, and healthy fats. Eat a good balance and you should be fine. What are you eating?
Thank you for all the information in this video. It will help me alot. Been trying to go whole plant based for a short time, but it's hard when your spouse won't try to eat the same way. I will keep trying harder everyday to succeed in being plant based.
Sorry to hear that your spouse isn't into it like you are - just keep your head on the path and make delicious food - they'll be shocked by it I promise!
Hi Jeremy from Pennsylvania. I’m just starting to research plant-based eating. I’m a bit overwhelmed but I found your video and you made it sound much easier. I’m starting to have many health issues and I’ve read that plant-based eating can help with many of those. I’m praying it does as I’m tired of living in pain. I’ll be heading to your website to look for recipes to start on my journey. Thank you so much for your help. 😊
You've come to the right place - glad we've made you feel like you can do this because YOU CAN! We've got a great community here so don't be shy - let us know how we can help!
Thank you for the info!!!! I just started Vegan last week. Although the first week I did have sour cream.. I need all the help I can get and this was great.
Awesome vid. Love the execution, too. I’ve been a vegan for 6 years but am still about 50 lbs overweight. This video makes me really consider my portion sizes. Even understanding calorie density I still haven’t lost the weight. Anyway, you gave me something to think about!
I have been vegan for 12 years and jumping from junk food vegan to wfpb, gaining and loosing weight and then gaining again. I am really heavy right now and desperate to find a long term solution. I know wfpb has helped me before but I always end up binging on vegan junk food. I believe you have explained the importance of including healthy fats really well. I usually exclude almost all fats in my previous weight loss attempts. May a little bit of healthy fats be the answer? I really hope so!!!!!!!
Hello, your video was very helpful. I'm starting my plant base lifestyle journey while doing intermittent fasting. I want to get off medications for cholesterol and high blood pressure. I believe eating healthy via plant base will help me with this issue and be healthier. This information was very helpful. Thank you.
Thank you Thank you! I'm writing from the the Chile capital of the World (Southern New Mexico). Your video was so helpful, informative and most of all inspiring! I'm trying to lose weight as I've been a yo-yo dieter many times...which always ends up in gaining excess weight! I believe Plant Based is the way to go. I have a lot to learn, but with inspiration and down to earth explanations on your content, I am ready to live this life.
Still binge watching your channel fairly new subscriber-🙌🙌 this vlog was a great one starting on a new plant based life style and you are one who has helped influence my decision ty 🙏
Watching from Idaho, no success on Starch Solution, gained weight, so limiting my food, finally seeing weight loss, just found your channel, enjoying. Thank you for all the Great information. Sounds like it will work.
Giving flavour to water stimulates the digestive system as it thinks we’re eating. Best to drink water with no flavours. You’’re correct about fats. I went fat free for 3 years when I went WFPPB and i was not well eventually. Our bodies needs healthy fats. Thanks for a nice content. I am on a plateau for my last stone and will try the smaller plate. I exercise, eat WFPB but struggle with portion sizes. I just love to eat (I have lost 80 pounds already) 😊
Loved loved loved this video. I have recently found your channel and love the knowledge and comedy. Your content is so informative and enjoyable to watch. 😊
Loved the video. The production of it was excellent and the information was well presented. You have a gift for this. Needless to say, I have subscribed to your channel.
@@pbwithjeremy I think the hardest part was feeling so overwhelmed by it all. I now prep 1-2x a week….I’ve simplified the process to be effortless and it’s now my family’s way of life. It started out about health and quickly became about the animals and the planet. 💕

I'm on a new journey where I want to convert from an unhealthy food lifestyle that I've never known how to eat healthy from birth.
"It's water, It's fine. Drink it" 😂 I loved that part.
haha
Me too! ❤
Been trying to lose 22 pounds this past few years. It's so difficult without the willpower and discipline. I hope this video will help.
Me too! And stay tuned - I have a new video tomorrow that might help you as well! :)
Happy to be your guru!!!! CONGRATS on the shift and the 15 pounds already! Sounds like you're well on your way - happy to have you in our community!
Can't wait to watch more 💚
Oh wow thank you! This is exactly what I was hoping for people to walk away with so this means a lot to me!!!
Congrats on your awesome weight loss journey! 🥦
To keep up your muscle mass you do need to do some weight training. That was the mistake I made in losing 60 pounds wfpb no sos.
some exercise is bad for the adrenals if ours are already stressed. i think vibration platforms, yoga and pilates can be great too. I did deep water running, and used to slow myself down for control, rather than doing a fast egg beater..as i felt like doing, which would raise the heartbeat or id walk across the pool (on foot)in shallow or deep water. x
i want to highly recommend Dr OBALAR for curing me of genital warts with his natural herbs.❤❤
Thank you!
My pleasure and welcome!
And tell that stubborn hubby to start making his own meat and potatoes :)
My pleasure!
I hope you have a blessed day!
You’re so right! I’ve also let too much vegan convenience foods into my diet. This video is super helpful and a great reminder!
Watch dr. Bobby Price, he explains about toxicity in foods, because his hobby is chemistry. Talks very inspiring how to move to plant-based.
I’m day 8 of plant based and am loving the energy and lite ness I feel in my body yet fullness :) mind is clear. Thanks for more ideas and inspiration
My pleasure - and congrats on Day 8! Sounds like you're crushing it!!!
Just wait until your body experiences internal happiness which translates to a happy mind. I ain't kidding!
One of the best videos explaining weight loss on a plant based diet. Great job.
Glad it was helpful!
I’ve been WFPB for 4 years, but I’ve just now buckled down and eliminated the “vegan junk food” as well as not using oil. So far so good with weight loss. This well done video was helpful and informative! Thank you!!
You got this! Glad this video is helpful! Let me know if there's any other content that would be useful for you that I could do for the channel :)
I'm with you Regina! I've started about a month ago too, and I'm loving it already. Good luck on both our journeys!
You are such a wonderful inspiration! I'm down over 60 pounds by eating WFPB.
Your videos are absolutely spectacular!
Oh wow - thank you! Congrats!!!! How long have you been at it???
Thank you so much for your video! I have 50 pounds to lose and now, thanks to you, I now know how to do it along with exercise!!
You've got this!
Thank you - and wow - you mill your own grains! That's impressive!
@fionagray3594 thanks for the suggestions. I love it. I will have to do that.
You really should guest on Chef AJ’s show your sensible and easy and no fuss approach makes this path a no brainier, plus your family are nuts in a very nice way and they make me laugh. Thanks from the UK for another great show, keep em coming x
Maybe one day! If she reached out to me I totally would! Not sure how it works with her. Feel free to make a recommendation to her :)
I agree that my family are nuts in a very fun way :)
Sent AJ your details x
@@belindatraviss4926 Awww - thank you!
I don't specifically have WIE about my weightloss days - wasn't super active on UA-cam then (silly, right? would have been prime time!)
BUT if this is something you think might be helpful I can try to put together a video!
@@pbwithjeremy thanks! If you could do one video that would be great! I really love watching the cookbook ones and your other videos as well!
I'll add it to the idea pile!!!
YESSSSSSS!! Thank you for sharing this, you explained things so well. I've been Vegan/WFPB 6mos (vegetarian 5 mos before), and my health has improved DRAMATICALLY!
AWESOME JOB! 💖
That's awesome to hear! What kind of things have changed/shifted for you?

It's like UA-cam knew that I needed this motivation today! My husband has made huge strides with his weight loss over the last several months but I'm just getting started! 😊 I wish I never stopped eating WFPB because it's eye opening how much better I'm feeling doing it again!
You got this! And yes - the almighty algorithm always knows what you need! Glad this was helpful and inspiring :)
Hello I am plant based 100 percent and I have lost over 1oo pounds now I'm getting thin my wife is jumping on the band wagon . I am watching from CALIFORNIA in the high desert you and your family have a blessed thanks giving and yes Christmas.
COngrats!!!! I bet you feel amazing!!! And good for your wife.

You got this Sam! Congrats on the change :)
Inspiring and informational. Starting back up on my exercise and weight loss at 58. Very motivated. Thanks!
You've got this!!! What are your excercise go-tos?
Big thanks for the chapters; I wish more UA-camrs would add them. I plan to watch the entire vid, but also jump to certain chapters. Well done!
My pleasure! They're so easy to make - I wish they did too!
Bang on. Plant for a long time and never cared about weight loss. I'm glad the greens of summer will soon be here.
Just found your videos. I enjoy your honesty and your personality. Keep up the good work and stay a whole food lifestyle. It is the best I believe.
Thank you! Will do!
The rant about water got me. Thank you! "You're an adult, drink water".
Haha. I stand by that rant :)
Thanks to PBwithJ's insightful knowledge, I believe we have hit the jackpot to enter the door of healthy living. 🪙🍲💛🏅🍯🌈
Hey Jeremy! This was so comprehensive -- and thank you for addressing portion control, too!! :)
Glad it was helpful!

I really like your videos! I learn a lot of kitchen tips and ideas. Maybe this is silly, but thank you for showing the handful serving size of nuts - I'll be using that daily to help with my portion size 😊
Oh! Forgot to say thank you!
They really do! Glad this video was helpful for you :)
Just starting my journey at 55. I live in the Philippines and the vegetable selections are limited, but there is tofu and other things I can use for variety. Great video, thank you!

Thank you!!! Now I am inspired to follow the plant based diet. Many thanks!

Great to hear!
Healthy fats = good :)
Love your approach! Loved your rant about water. Total riot! : )
Haha. I get a little worked up :)

THanks for all this info - portion sizes are a real thing. Smaller plate. Eat slower. Listen to your body. It takes time.
