The first night they got no sleep because of noise from the room next door. They THOUGHT it was a porn movie that the guest next door was watching...at first. After realizing it was not a movie because the same scenario but slightly different dialogue was experienced the 2nd night. My daughter composed a friendly note requesting that the female reduce her volume because "while YOU might be enjoying your sleepless nights, other guests are NOT enjoying it with you ". She said that several other guests had heard the couple as well and they all complained to the front desk. My daughter took a picture of the note and sent it to me....I just laughed at the creative wording my 17 year old had composed. My cousin is an epileptic and weed has been the only thing that has helped him from not being a zombie and has given him more of a life then he ever had for the first 50 years of his life.
The kid with epilepsy looked like he was recently diagnosed with it. I had a girlfriend 40 years ago that was diagnosed at 21, just after we started dating. First I noticed was actually during sex. It was quite the ride until it passed and I was finally able to "unplug". Went to doctor to see what happened. When he told her it was epilepsy and filled her in on what to expect it actually connected some dots for her, turns out she had been having them in her sleep for years. She would wake up in the morning with bruises on her body, sometimes with blood on her face and pillow from her face hitting the headboard. For the first few years she had the same look that kid had. It's from not knowing when the next seizure is. It took her a couple of years to learn the "aura" that would happen minutes prior to the seizure happening. Perhaps if judges could experience what it is like to be in constant apprehension of your brain essentially hardware rebooting at anytime, anyplace, they may show a bit more compassion. Chances are he ran that day because he recognized some of his triggers. My girlfriend said the worst part was the feeling completely defenceless and fully exposed.
My adopted son has FASD and spent alot of his youth zombied out on meds. Once he was old enough we weaned him of the meds and got him a medical pot card, HUGE difference!!!! He could control himself and learn better😄
Agreed. I’m not a fan of pot (I work in healthcare and evidence is sketchy at best for efficacy) but this kid is hardly a meth head or violent. At 19, your brain is still forming (25 is when it’s done). He may even be a young 19 as well.
The young “kid” in the second clip gives my the vibe of being on the Autism Spectrum. My son has Asperger Syndrome, which is now part of the Autism Spectrum, and the way this “kid” behaves (rocking back and forth, easily brought to tears) reminds me of my son when he is in a highly stressful situation. It would also explain his reaction of running to say bye to his daughter, after he failed his UA. It was a totally irrational reaction, but in the mind of someone on the Spectrum, his reaction would make sense. I feel sorry for the “kid”, especially if he is on the Spectrum and hasn’t been diagnosed.
Aww, the second hearing was so sad, he had me tearing up right along with him 😢 This is why I always try my hardest (I do sometimes fail 😞) to be diligently kind to everyone .. it's easy to judge others, but you never truly know what someone is going through in life or the struggles they face
@@sashamulligan2993 when two of my girls were in Middle School, I'd occasionally have to go drop something off to them that they forgot at home, and everytime I went into the Main Office this one particular secretary was repeatedly snarky towards me. I was always nice and respectful to her and to everyone in the office, and I could not understand why she acted that way. Every single time. For a while, I was thinking, Well maybe it's me; what have I done that I could take accountability for that may cause her to react that way? So I'd search my mind through our different interactions and there was nothing .. I was always kind and respectful. The other ladies in the office would smile at me when I came in, we'd share pleasantries, yet the whole time I'd see that secretary glaring from her side-eye. After a while it started getting on my nerves. I'm the kind of person that can get along with just about anyone; I feel that we all have our quirks, and maybe we are all just a little bit cray-cray at times, but I feel in most cases there is always something, one trait or some part of their personality that I can find in a person to be able to connect with. It drove me crazy that no matter what, she just didn't like me; her behavior towards me never changed, and I started to react a little snooty towards her, as well .. until one day, about a year later, as I was leafing through our small towns local paper, I noticed a picture of her. When I read the article, it said her husband had just passed away after fighting a valiant year-long battle with cancer .. and it all became clear to me. The next week, I went to the school office, bringing with me a small gift bag. She approached me at the counter and asked which of my girls it was for, and as she reached over to take the bag I touched her hand, gave my condolences, and told her it was just a little something for her. She grabbed my hand as tears started streaming down her face, and she came out from behind the counter and gave me such a tight hug as she cried on my shoulder. From that day on, she was a dear friend. A few decades have passed since then, but I will never forget it, because it was a pivotal moment in MY life when I realized that we never know what someone is going through behind the veil. That was the day I became accountable for my perceived thoughts and actions towards another human being; and ever since then, I try always to bear in mind that we never know what situations others are facing in life, what struggles and weight they have to bear.
He looks autistic. Not saying that to be mean or offensive. My son is on the spectrum and can get emotional like this when under really bad stress and fear! Educate yourselves!!!! Ug 🙄 He does need help and that's almost impossible in the world today! Marijuana is self medicating in these instances. Yeah, he's autistic. No place in jail 😡🤬
If social approval for a 13 year old to smoke marijuana unless medically approved for a prescription, there are many side effects of marijuana and in a child should be monitored. And not to put an impression that it's acceptable to do drugs
No rock. He sees more repercussions to drug use than anyone here. He doesn’t want someone young (19 is young, no matter how many dumb kids are) using marijuana.
Poor lady with the giant "spiders" on her eyelids! Why do ladies think those monstrous false lashes enhance the appearance. They don't. But, hey, GREAT VIDEO, Mike!
I couldn't believe the judge (in the 2nd case) saying incredulously, "Nineteen and he's already using marijuana." (Really? When does he *think* people start smoking marijuana? 'Cause I'll bet *most* pot smokers started *before* they were nineteen!) Meanwhile, what I find far *more* concerning is the fact that he's nineteen and already has a *daughter* - (but *that* didn't seem to bother the judge).
I'm a pet groomer and I've witnessed alot of animals with a wide array of symptoms and conditions who have benefited greatly from CBD treats and, especially, the oil.
My eldest cat was declawed on all four paws as a kitten, which resulted in severe spinal and nerve damage as she grew older. Cannabis has helped her more than gabapentin ever has. I’m fortunate to live in a state (Nevada) where cannabis has been legal forever and where the dispensary employees are knowledgeable.
Omg Mr Lockhart ... the 19 yr old epileptic young man. .... it INFURIATES me to hear the judge bash him for using Marijuana for his SEIZURES. It's literally f-n PROVEN that Marijuana helps reduce seizures, MAJORRRRLLLYYYYYY. The judge needs to educate himself ASAPPPPP. That poor kid man 😞
Completely agree, that judge is absolutely terrible for making him feel like a criminal and zero understanding. The judge is NOT sweet at all and really needs to get some perspective about what marijuana can do for people with genuine medical needs. Very disappointing.
There's a famous CNN documentary about it with a child who was having 350 seizures per week and parents were desperate to help their child... I'm sure if u look around a little on UA-cam, you'd find it easily. Now it doesn't have to be the smoke & toke Marijuana no, there are capsules that have extracted the best out of Marijuana & they aren't meant to change ur state of mind.... but as far as UAs I think they'd still be positive. If Mr Lockhart is in fact epileptic, I can completely understand his use of Marijuana... especially as a Canadian woman, where Marijuana is totally legalized.
I have epilepsy and have these comments pertaining to marijuana as a treatment for epilepsy. Some people claim it helps them. Others, including me, experience more seizures with marijuana. Still others say it has no effect. One problem is inconsistent dosing. We tend to go through a lot finding a treatment that works. 😊 It is a serious condition with no one treatment that works for everyone. 💜💜
Appears autistic. The rocking to self sooth is pretty classic. Your emotional development is halted at the age you start using drugs. He started early.

So, am I getting this right????? PD gets called to a possible DV situation, they talk to the "maybe victim" outside and then tell HER to go and get the guy who might be abusing her, she slams and locks the door, so PD decides that they should just leave and not investigate further. SWEET MOTHER OF MARY DID I GET THAT RIGHT?????
I propose that all Law Nerds at Law talk with Mike, raise their right hand, and repeat this motto, ..."I'm not going to date anyone, live next to anyone, befriend anyone, trust anyone no matter who they are" :)
At first I thought your comment was harsh.....then I realized you are right.....I am too tired for any of that...I am 58 years old and alone and maybe that is for the best
Wow, friends of mine in Augusta, Georgia (how weird) had a situation where the couple downstairs were fighting and smashing things and they called the cops. Same thing happened. The guy came up to their upstairs door and pointed a shotgun at them and told them "if you ever call the cops again....". They stayed at my place for a couple of days and then found somewhere to live. They found another friend of theirs who was an off duty cop to stand by with his gun while they moved. Then they called the cops on the guy and he wound up goin to jail.
It could be attempted assault of bodily hard, but I don't think the dog did anything in this case(meaning the dog just ignored the owner's commands). He probably could nail the guy for attempted assault on a police officer though. Not sure why he chose not to.
Its a easy way to get your dog shot. I have english bull terriers. A cop comes to my door, they stay in the house! If nothing, they can feel my nervous energy.
AWW poor guy might be inconvenient to have to show up for his felony hearing. 🤦🏼♀️Gotta love how this woman protects this pos. And has no problem with him threating her neighbors! That pos is acting like this is an inconvenience for him..
He commited the crime, then AFTER he was told NOT to have weed and other stuff, he went to the test site he smoked prior. Did he think they were only fooling. He simply didn't care.
First clip: I live in the next county over, hopefully I never have to see that scum. Second clip: Marijuana helps with epilepsy and Parkinson's so much, as well as many other conditions, and if your state doesn't allow medicinal you're bass ackwards. Legalize it already.
The poor kid is sitting there rocking which is a horrible anxiety response :( Also, if he has seizures he doesn't need the stress of jail. I understand he broke the law but he needs a little mercy and his drug of choice is excellent for seizures. There are certain doctors recommending patients trying it!
Hey Mike, long time watcher of your channel, also a cancer survivor and friend to the wacky tobaccy. When I was really sick I couldn't eat, so I was dying, the wacky tobaccy helped me eat wich helped me get strength and fight the cancer.
I thought the same thing. The previous catatonic guy who wanted a cop to kill him got $500k bond and thrown in jail instead of going for psych eval but this guy who literally screamed he was going to kill to people is walking around. I don’t get it.
If you haven’t cried in public, I argue you are lucky! It hurts my heart that people are cynical about it. People with raw emotion should not have to deal with judgment! Just let them feel.
I'm going to check, but this looks just like the guy who I saw getting caught in the same house as his DV victim when in zoom court about the charge a while back. I'm going to check. Different woman because I remember her name and it wasn't Catherine.
I'm surprised that the judge is surprised he's smoking weed at 19 years old. I'm not remotely shocked, especially if he's self-medicating. I mean look at him rocking back and forth, there's so much self-soothing with him.
@Jim Maloney ❤️ happy Easter sweetheart! I noticed you said hi on the replay! And someone gifted me a membership ☺️ not sure how that happens when I wasn't able to catch the live ❤

If you wanna smoke reefer you gotta live in a state it is legal. Then you don’t go through these problems….. much better than drinking alcohol. You still have your Witt’s about you, and it keeps you sane 😮😊❤
This why I live on 16 acres, surrounded by 100s & 100s of acres of forest in the mountains. Only neighbors are deer, chipmunks, birds, bears, turkeys, possums, squirrels, etc. They're fairly easy to get along with 😊
This is why I prefer my furbabies to people... 😏😁 That first guy is a good example of why you should engage your brain before your mouth. And I hope the second young man gets some help - he certainly needs it. Very sad situation.
Never married, no children. Had 3 long term relationships where I raised a few children who had deadbeat dads and a mom. My brother also unofficially adopted and raised 2 children under the same circumstances; one dad and one mom. My Mother and stepfather adopted a child of one of my brothers' women who was not his and already had a daughter taken by the state. Single for 13 years and love it. Had women try to get with me. No way! Too much baggage and one already had a boyfriend at her mother's house severely injured; not living with her. That is why you should choose carefully who you decide to be with.
So I assume since the woman who originally was screaming not to hit her didn't show up because she believe that getting hit means love ? Happens everyday 20 times a day in every state and the woman doesn't learn untill these types of guys do something they can't come back from?😢.
jail and fines wont help this kid. if we want him to learn and not be back in court, we help him find the help he and his family needs. Im tired of people who just wanna lock people away and throw away the key. Yes, he needs to learn a hard and fast lesson now, but you do no one service by tossing him into a big boy prison system where he will be destroyed from day one. We as a society are better than that mentality, sometimes we can actually stop being vindictive asshats and help the people who need it. And for the record, I believe in being tough on crime and "help" is not the answer for many criminals, in this case though its just a matter of lets do the right thing. My mama heart wishes I could hug this kid. He's scared and trying to control his seizure issue best he can. Consequences? Absolutely. But give up on him? Hell naw! We are better than that......aren't we?

Ryan is perfect explaining the situation. No unnecessary details.
My adopted son has FASD and spent alot of his youth zombied out on meds. Once he was old enough we weaned him of the meds and got him a medical pot card, HUGE difference!!!! He could control himself and learn better😄
Defence didn’t help out his client much with his question to the guy lol
People are being outright cruel to this kid in the paid comments. Hes just scared.

"No pleasantries were exchanged, Council."
why can't the defense attorney get what floor the defendant was on? is it deliberate?
My gosh, someone needs to help this young guy! There’s a lot more going on here than smoking pot❣️
Thankyou.
@@AnGeLaOYA I just thought there’s a lot more going on with this young man. How sad to be caught up in the system with a problem like this.
On the first case: The defense attorney didn’t seem to do his homework. The defendant seemed to be a real winner of a human 🙄.
“You’re 19 and already using marijuana”. What rock has this naive judge been living under???!!!
If I had known about weed in high school I might’ve finished
My ex started my son at 13. Yes under a rock. Good statement
@@peggylawson1364 I am not sure what you mean. What child “ should” be put in that
If social approval for a 13 year old to smoke marijuana unless medically approved for a prescription, there are many side effects of marijuana and in a child should be monitored.
Omg I know!!
It is such a pet peeve of mine when women have horrid makeup... Drives me INSANE. Like how do they NOT see it?!! 😂
I guess it’s like hair in the 80’s. Too big, to some. But then, what guy didn’t have a poster of Farrah Fawcett on his wall? 😉
I couldn't believe the judge (in the 2nd case) saying incredulously, "Nineteen and he's already using marijuana." (Really? When does he *think* people start smoking marijuana? 'Cause I'll bet *most* pot smokers started *before* they were nineteen!)
Meanwhile, what I find far *more* concerning is the fact that he's nineteen and already has a *daughter* - (but *that* didn't seem to bother the judge).
literally this. when i used to smoke pot, i *started* at 17!!!
@@mamamichellegist Yeah, I think 16-17 is the average.
Bc the judge is a stupid boomer who thinks it's still 1947
I was 18 but it’s also legal here I don’t get USA love for alcohol but hate for pot .. 😂
Weed helps SO MANY with medical issues. I know it helps my partner! CBD has even helped dogs with seizures and such.
Yes, Mr. Peterson, we want you to be at the courthouse because there's a good chance you'll be staying for awhile.
Preachhh..❤
Yeah... This is just... Hard to even watch. Hearts breaking for this kid.
Looking at him he could also be on the autism spectrum. This judge is an a$$ in my opinion.
This young man is not a hard criminal. This stress he is going through not good for epilepsy.
I have epilepsy and getting that upset and panicked can bring on a seizure. Hope he has meds outside of weed.
The Canadian in me finds it crazy that he is going through this. If anything he needs the weed - good lord
"Dont even live next to anybody" 🤣🤣🤣
I don’t…. Then someone driving by my property stopped and called the cops and medical on me because I was taking a nap in my yard after working all night while my dog got some digging time in, not even out in the country with no neighbors can I avoid stupid people.
Maybe sending instructions before the zoom call would help some of us.
I will never understand why the courts don't require this before the hearing.
I thought the same thing...such bullcrap...
Make it legal already
I propose that all Law Nerds at Law talk with Mike, raise their right hand, and repeat this motto, ..."I'm not going to date anyone, live next to anyone, befriend anyone, trust anyone no matter who they are" :)
At first I thought your comment was harsh.....then I realized you are right.....I am too tired for any of that...I am 58 years old and alone and maybe that is for the best

Another questionable person with the last name Peterson!? Yikes! 😮
Poor kid is so scared, trying so hard to self sooth, I wanna just hug him😢
Mike, when the defendant tried to sic his Rottweiler on the officer (allegedly), wouldn't that be considered attempted assault with a deadly weapon?
It could be attempted assault of bodily hard, but I don't think the dog did anything in this case(meaning the dog just ignored the owner's commands).
He probably could nail the guy for attempted assault on a police officer though. Not sure why he chose not to.
Its a easy way to get your dog shot. I have english bull terriers. A cop comes to my door, they stay in the house! If nothing, they can feel my nervous energy.
Nice couple and great witnesses
AWW poor guy might be inconvenient to have to show up for his felony hearing. 🤦🏼♀️Gotta love how this woman protects this pos. And has no problem with him threating her neighbors!
That pos is acting like this is an inconvenience for him..
On the second case he said Robert James.
My name is James Roberts 😆
All I can think of watching Joseph Favre is “Hello Newman”.
HAPPY EASTER MIKE
Mike. You are world wide and growing.😎
“19 and already using Maria Jane” like omg it’s legal in half the country it’s not a big deal
Second case : omg he's a baby. Poor thing I hope life gets better for him
He commited the crime, then AFTER he was told NOT to have weed and other stuff, he went to the test site he smoked prior. Did he think they were only fooling. He simply didn't care.
LTWM - For a happy life, live off-grid in a cave on an island where no one else lives.
It’s crazy to watch one of these and recognize a witness I went to school with.
Cora, he is not in public! LOL
Oh Mike!!! I should have listened...but I never do
OMG… The devils weed‼️
First clip: I live in the next county over, hopefully I never have to see that scum. Second clip: Marijuana helps with epilepsy and Parkinson's so much, as well as many other conditions, and if your state doesn't allow medicinal you're bass ackwards. Legalize it already.
13:40 lol, she was supposed to have been in another room, not just behind the camera.
Favre was so in over his head on this one. Is he writing his timeline in crayon?
The poor kid is sitting there rocking which is a horrible anxiety response :( Also, if he has seizures he doesn't need the stress of jail. I understand he broke the law but he needs a little mercy and his drug of choice is excellent for seizures. There are certain doctors recommending patients trying it!
Hey Mike, long time watcher of your channel, also a cancer survivor and friend to the wacky tobaccy. When I was really sick I couldn't eat, so I was dying, the wacky tobaccy helped me eat wich helped me get strength and fight the cancer.
Why is the first guy not in jail or at least a TPO?
I thought the same thing. The previous catatonic guy who wanted a cop to kill him got $500k bond and thrown in jail instead of going for psych eval but this guy who literally screamed he was going to kill to people is walking around. I don’t get it.
The judicial system is so screwed up IMO to Damm lenient to offenders.
Yes it is!
Hi Mike, are you doing anything with the upcoming Dominion hearing? Either way, your videos and commentary is spectacular.
Really like the no-nonsense Judge Ricke
The second hand embarrassment is strong with this one. I blame the parents for raising a soft crybaby.
Look out guys we got a badass in the house
If you haven’t cried in public, I argue you are lucky! It hurts my heart that people are cynical about it. People with raw emotion should not have to deal with judgment! Just let them feel.
I'm going to check, but this looks just like the guy who I saw getting caught in the same house as his DV victim when in zoom court about the charge a while back. I'm going to check. Different woman because I remember her name and it wasn't Catherine.
This is heartbreaking. I want to just hug that poor kid and make him a homemade dinner. So very sad! He's using marijuana to help with his seizures.
@Pat Cummings thank you for the membership ❤ very sweet of you
I hate when people are zooming from their cars. !
Joseph favre has some gigantic lawyering books behind him
No prior criminal history so why was he on probation
My life was saved by neighbours hearing my ex assault me and then calling the police. Very grateful
I've wondered that myself a few times, my only guess is that if everyone present on the live is already a member then any gifted memberships are randomly distributed. Or memberships are randomly distributed to begin with when gifted, not sure which.
If you wanna smoke reefer you gotta live in a state it is legal. Then you don’t go through these problems….. much better than drinking alcohol. You still have your Witt’s about you, and it keeps you sane 😮😊❤

The big crime in the 2nd clip is his haircut
Awesome clips 😅
I wonder how Trenton would have reacted it he was looking at the end of a gun barrel when the door opened.
That's what I would have shown as soon as the threat made !!
: ( Mike he's crying. Make it stop. I can't take it. Yeah they said he had seizures.
This is why I prefer my furbabies to people... 😏😁 That first guy is a good example of why you should engage your brain before your mouth. And I hope the second young man gets some help - he certainly needs it. Very sad situation.
He sure stop crying quickly
Never married, no children. Had 3 long term relationships where I raised a few children who had deadbeat dads and a mom. My brother also unofficially adopted and raised 2 children under the same circumstances; one dad and one mom. My Mother and stepfather adopted a child of one of my brothers' women who was not his and already had a daughter taken by the state. Single for 13 years and love it. Had women try to get with me. No way! Too much baggage and one already had a boyfriend at her mother's house severely injured; not living with her. That is why you should choose carefully who you decide to be with.
Quite the story, and there's much wisdom in your words. Cheers 🍻

So I assume since the woman who originally was screaming not to hit her didn't show up because she believe that getting hit means love ? Happens everyday 20 times a day in every state and the woman doesn't learn untill these types of guys do something they can't come back from?😢.
She was probably next to him in the car.
Or, she was to scared to show up!!

Mr Favre couldn't find any questions that really were helpful to his thug client. hard being a defense attorney
Sarah’s eyelashes make her look like a cartoon character!
jail and fines wont help this kid. if we want him to learn and not be back in court, we help him find the help he and his family needs.
