how? They are gay also... So it is not a different scenerio.... Also, there are plenty of overly sexualized heterosexuals. I will say that gay, straight, bi-sexual, and all the rest, we are still humans looking for our soul mate. It does not matter if you are gay or not, a relationship is a relationship and every relationship has its hardships and craziness to it... Someones sexual orientation has nothing to do with it nor does it change the fact of it being a relationship. Also, there is just as many crazy things in heterosexual relationships... JS

I think @trinityplayer12 was saying mr Hendrix is stating there was unwanted sexual activity/harassment, i.e. gay men aren’t all about any sex they can get (aka overly sexualized) which I can understand, and I’ll even agree that in general, that is probably a common assumption.
On the other hand, the excessively specific/graphic nature of the testimony is unlike what you would see in most cases, and there’s so much of it that’s over the top. Injections, prostitutes, insertions, firearms, etc. like there’s no mix of pure violence or assaults, everything seems to have a sexual aspect. It just doesn’t match with the setting and ‘legal hearing’ visuals.
I don’t think being overly sexual or not has anything to do with someone’s ability to say no though. So I’m not sure that it’s related.

@@simonthieriot5596 - a Golden Gloves champ in Illinois KO'd me in sparring in High School. So fast all I saw was the ceiling when I came to seconds after he hit me. To your issue - yeah, that issue is more common than most know. The documentary "Red Pill" showed that many men get abused by due to social shame and zero sympathy from most, almost all shelters are for Women, and almost none for Men. That was from several years ago, and I hope that some have been opened. I'm 6'1.5" now at age 64, and was 6'3" in my 20 years in the Navy. Lots of issues, but I and most of us had no fights. So, I agree- mostly. People also say this when someone dies... that we all mourn differently. We all react differently to everything, though. Jokes, food, art, etc. You can say that about everything- it's literally why we have sayings about "walk a mile in my shoes" type things. However, we have social norms. Most people don't laugh and point at a coffin. Most people don't scream "EW!!!!" at chocolate cake. But we still generally act and react similarly. It's just too easy to say that we all react differently.

I watched this right after watching a female dv Vic case. If this were a female with the same claims there would be outrage period. It is obvious that Tremont violated and victimized him. It’s not right to ever blame the victim. Victims respond differently and just because Hendrix didn’t act sound or say what we would think he should doesn’t make him any less of a victim.

I have been thinking about this one. I caught it live on the judges channel and was so upset I didn't get to find out what the judge decided. 😕 I do believe Mr. Hendrix I am a survivor and it just rang true to me. When you are afraid or trying to pacify someone and de-escalate a situation you may choose words etc that seem out of place considering what your abuser did to you. Idk just my opinion. I love the content and getting to think about stuff like this. It makes me evaluate if I am being unbiased or if my own experience influences my opinion. Then she also kept asking for hearsay and asked leading questions. Then she did not know how to get an exhibit entered into the record. She clearly has not had any trial experience. I cannot believe she is a judge with that lack of knowledge. I am just not believing that a grown man could not get away from that other guy if he were so upset. He could’ve called the police and he certainly could’ve called hotel security. None of this makes sense. I think both these guys are nuts and both are into high drama. Judge Arth was great.iu

Finally finished this one. What a doozy! "Trust but verify" is a phrase that I've heard get attributed to sexual assault allegations, and I see that it applies here too. It seems like the courts are taking Mr. Hedrix's allegations seriously, but they're going through the process of investigating the claims criminally as well. All that said, Ms. Rowley was not on it today...she seemed unprofessional. Mr. Tremont needs an attorney, ESPECIALLY considering this is being pursued criminally. What a fool!
