If you thought that ZEITGEIST was only offering the CAD and ECP e-cymbals, here's the AD3 electronic drumkit! The pads are fully compatible with Roland v-drums sound modules, as well as ATV, EFNOTE etc. and offer real acoustic sizes at a super affordable price!
We've hooked up the ATV xD3 and Roland TD-17 sound modules for the demo, and eventually added the fantastic sounding EZDrummer 3 software via midi in the end!
The kit setup in detail:
◾ 20" Bass drum
◾ 13" dual zone snare
◾ 10", 12" dual zone Toms
◾ 13" dual zone floor toms
Zeitgeist ECP cymbals:
◾ 18" ride (3-zone)
◾ 13" & 15" crashes
◾ 12" ZG H-12 Double Piece Hi-Hat

I bought this shell set a couple of months ago. Have been on a couple of gigs since then, and it works perfectly with my Roland TD-30.

Hi, I am wondering, do the cymbals trigger well?
@@honzahajek7614 I only bought the shell set, but I actually own the Lemon 18" ride cymbal(which to my knowledge drum-tec has rebranded as Zeitgeist). And that also works very well with my Roland TD-30, but I had to do the workaround contact switching inside the cymbal to make it trigger correctly on the bow/bell(watch YT video how to do that, it' s pretty simple).

I keep coming back to this video. I can't believe how cool these drums look and what a good price they are. They would look even better with all black heads to match the hardware. Drum-tec should offer a special edition outfitted with Real Feel ebony heads! :)

Amazing job, i am slowly regretting buying the td07 instead of the td17, i dont think the engineers at roland know what what a snare drum sounds like

Wie laut ist die Bassdrum im Vergleich zu euren Real Feel Bassdrums oder Roland Kick Drums?
Would I need the Roland TD-17 module for this kit to work with EZ Drummer or Superior Drummer?
Jist got the xd3 module and am now looking at shells. Likely will use diy bar triggers for a little. What were you settings in the module for these pads?
The xd3 only has atv triggers listed and very few optiona for trigger settings.
Perhaps i should have gotten the ad5 😢

Is it possible to get extra Pads for this Kit? A second Floor Tom etc?
Currently we don't sell single drums for this.
Does Lemon make those? Lemon makes quality gear.

Surprisingly I liked the sounds demoed on the ATV much better than in EZ Drummer. Of course these are just a few samples.
Forgive my ignorance I'm a guitar player just getting into electronic drums. Just so I'm square here, you can get these and then add any module that it would be compatible with, correct? So I could just buy a brain and then grab these and hook it all up? That's awesome cause I HATE those pancake looking e drums man lol
Yes it´s pretty much plug-and-play with some minor adjustments, depending on which module you use.
