I watch a lot of knitting channels and I have to say your sweater is the nicest handknit sweater I've ever seen. It fits you perfectly. You did a beautiful job.
I actually came to say the same thing! It is beautiful (kudos to the designer) and beautifully done (kudos to the knitter)! 👏 Also I’ve been loving pink, the neon version in particular. Also the old rose shade. And all those yarns are amazing!!! You must be on cloud 9 right about now 😁. Xo to Toaster from the big guy!!! And the little girl too 🐶🐾🦴
I'm so glad you are friends with your Citrine Light again. It looks so nice! I am super excited for the Ruby and Roses TS collection, I'm not even a swiftie but the colours are amazing.
Thanks Natalie for the Huge Craftsy discount!! I have also favorited the Citrine sweater pattern- love it!❤ I also ordered a skein of Knit Tea Natty. Can’t wait for it to come🎉
I’m so excited you’ll be at the Rose City Yarn Crawl! This is my first as well since last year was mostly snowed out and I had my work conference the same weekend. (I only managed one store last year). Hopefully I’ll get to meet you. I have to miss Saturday due to a work conference (again, ugh, lol) but I’ll be doing the other three days. 😍
Since your visiting the National Parks….check out the book “Knitting the National Parks” by Nancy Bates. You could totally knit those up in no time and have a beautiful hat to remember each park. Sadly they don’t have yarn in the parks. Lol. I do love those hats though!
Hi knatty. The Citrine jumper is Ab Fab. It suits and fits you beautifully. It is the most gorgeous pattern. I must find it and have a go at it myself. I hope that I make as good a job of it as you have. Hx 🇬🇧💕
This was fun, Natalie. I absolutely LOVE seeing new yarns, being introduced to new dyers, makers, shops. Your travel adventures have been very cool and I thank you for sharing all the yarn goodness with us.
Those new yarns you showed us are so lovely! Such a fun episode and I enjoyed watching so much. I’ve just finished another Mussellburgh hat and I’m going to try and insert a ribbed section in my next one! Take care on your travels x
You're wearing the Citrine Light!!!! I wondered what happened to it! I remember the agony you went thorough making it. It looks stunning on you! Really elegant!
I ordered the great speckled skein for you, and the tea. I wish I lived in Arkansas this morning!! I hope at the end of your travels you compile a list of stores you visited. It would be an amazing resource for traveling knitters, Natalie.
I love it. Can't wait to get it. Thank you. This was so much fun. Are you going to come to Colorado in the near future. We have great yarn shops and local dyers here also. They have a yarn crawl in August or July that is so much fun. Thanks Cindy
Lovely sweater you're wearing, and I really enjoyed the yarn parade. Especially because I am waiting for yarn oders myself, nothing beats looking at pretty yarn while waiting!
Hi Natalie. I loved seeing all the new yarn you brought or got gifted. They are all beautiful. The Ruby and Roses yarn of the Taylor Swift collection is gorgeous. I have brought from Addy quite a few skeins and the colourways are always so beautiful. I love the colorway you made up to match the tea. It is lovely. Your jumper looks great on you too. Take care travelling.
This was a fun episode. I love seeing yarns, yarn shops, projects, and patterns regardless of whether they're in my "wheelhouse" or not. That combination bookstore/yarn shop is a place you'd never be able to get me out of! 🥰 I love your sweater too! 😊
Hi Natalie, I used to live in Portland and have been to the yarn crawl. If the weather is good I just might go for the weekend. I look forward to hearing your schedule and would love to meet you and family ;)
21:11 I knit a set of these for my swap partner as well!😉 It was my first time knitting them, but it definitely will not be my last! I want some for myself now! Such a fun pattern!😊
Have you thought about whether the alpaca yarn will grow a lot? My first thought on seeing your hat was that it would grow a lot because of the alapxa. And slouchy hats are good but you don’t want them to be too long either!
Thank you so much!! The Membership will open in early April! You can join the waitlist which will give you more info and early access in the weeks leading up to the opening: loveinstitches.mykajabi.com/love-in-stitches-membership-info
Your sweater is gorgeous. Love the ribbing on the sleeves. Showing so much beautiful yarn, such a temptation as I try to whittle down my yarns for travel. Enjoy the Texas National Parks... Big Bend is super and Fort Davis is SO worth the stop.
It’s nice to see you wearing one of your knits 😊 I could eat that whole charcuterie board for dinner 😮😋 yum! Beautiful yarns 💖🧶💫. Trying so hard to use my stash this year ...such a tease 😅
Can you do an in depth video about caring for wool and knit items? I was lucky enough to find a 100% Marino wool cardigan second hand and I don’t want to ruin it in the wash.
Welcome!! This video would be a great one to watch: Packing My YARNY THINGS for Our Next Adventure (downsizing my yarn stash) ua-cam.com/video/W2Kcmoxuw1o/v-deo.html I talk about the transition while packing up my yarn!
@KnittyNatty ohhh that would he awesome! You inspired e to get some doodle patterns as well from @pacificknitco otherwise I'll just stalk your insta for a sneak 🤣🤣🤣
I was thinking about your new hat. With the rib, do you think you used more yarn than you will on the stockinette side? Maybe not 4 grams more. Just a thought I had.
Hot Springs fiber Co Blanket of Knowledge!!!! I have a 6 month review video I just posted on my channel if anyone is interested! I LOVE the AR Yarn Co KnitTea Natty! It's beautiful and so clever! It was lovely to see you again.
First Thank you for a great podcast, I don't know if you are aware of it, but i noticed that you tell people to look away from the subscription yarns and then proceed to tell what colours it has 😅 maybe people don't care but if I was waiting to see a mystery yarn knowing the colours could be annoying 😅 maybe just tell people to skip a bit ahead 😊 again thank you
@@KnittyNatty ❤️ (Relatable, if I ever say Persephone right on the first try I’ll let you know )😂 your pronunciation may well be spot on, I genuinely believe that when “gh” gets involved, all bets are off!

Your Citrine Light turned out so beautifully. I remember that saga and I was concerned you’d never wear it because it deserves to be worn.
All the yarn! You’ll need a trailer hitch soon! The West Mountain color is stunning!!’
YAY! OMG Natalie your colorway with Arkansas Yarn Co, is GORGEOUS!!!!!!! I'm obsessed!!

Really nice to see you wearing your knitwear! What a stunning piece!
Those yarn cozies are a really great solution in order to keep your working yarn balls in order while knitting, very cool ☺️

I hope you like yarn ? 😂 love that you asking us that ❤
Just want to make sure 😜
I thought that was a sweater you had knit for your Winter go to? It is very pretty.

The subscription ships the 1st of the month, not the 10th for Sock Yarn Society
Thanks for clarifying! I think I meant to say you must order/change by the 10th
Wow that is a lot of new yarn!! 😂 Do you keep track on how many skeins of yarn you now own? Greetings from Belgium
QUESTION…which yarn shop in Ohio did you get the Ohio State yarn? I tried but cannot find.
It was gifted to me by a friend! One ball of scarlet and one of grey that I held together.
I was thinking about your new hat. With the rib, do you think you used more yarn than you will on the stockinette side? Maybe not 4 grams more. Just a thought I had.
What is the name of the pattern you are wearing in this vlog?

Oooh good point!! I will let people know to skip!
Why do you pronounce musselburgh as musselburro? Is that a local dialect pronunciation? I’ve never heard it have another “o” on the end.
Because that’s how the designer pronounces it. It’s like the Scottish town Edinburgh. It’s pronounced Edinburgh-bur-row.
As an Edinburgh local, we pronounce it: Edin-bruh and mussel-bruh - but that's typical in Scotland for how a place is said not to match its spelling
Southerners add extra syllables to everything. Texans more so.😂
This is me trying to say it as close to right way as possible 😅
