Exactly, I love working out cause it makes me feel good, lots of Endorphins, it makes me feel free of "bad" emotions, it makes me feel stronger, and cause it makes my body look better too. I don't have many regrets in life but one of them is definitely not having started doing sport seriously when I was younger.

I've been doing your videos for about a week and a half now ..and just started this "at home" challenge . I had an emergency c-section with my baby boy and I've had such a hard time accepting myself and getting back into shape.. my sister recommended your videos and it's made such a big difference already. I've lost 3 lbs since starting my journey with your videos..and cycling at home .. my mindset went from feeling hopeless to so hopeful. Just wanted to say thank you !

Sydney!!! This was a great workout! It really was a great strength workout even though it was just body weight. The fact that the workout types vary is great for muscle confusion and avoiding that plateau! I have to say, I have been working out with you for about 4 months but consistently for about 1 month (I did the September month). I have seen sooo much progress in this month. My butt looks bigger, my abs are starting to show with subtle lines, and my arms are more defined than ever. I used to be 107lbs a couple years back mostly because I did not have a good relationship with food. I got into weight training and went up to 140lbs. Now, I weighed in today at 129.8. I am in the best shape of my life and I weigh a lot more than 107. I was skinny fat at 107 and didn't look all that great. I love your encouragement to looking at working out as staying happy and healthy rather than a punishment for eating "too much" You are truly amazing! I've seen more progress working out with you in a month than I have ever experienced in one month; I've had a personal trainer too (:

You absolutely hit the point of a lot of people, especially for women. For a long time i did workouts to earn something. If it was food or self-affirmation (i hope that is the right word for what i mean in english). But since i changed my mindset and started to do workouts to do something good for me and my body, i am getting more confident an stronger. It is so important to focus on the abilities of your body instead of its limits. I also quit to count calories and started to eat food that is healthy and good for my body. That can be a healing for your mind too.

I was super excited when I saw today was bodyweight only workout because I finally got away to Houghton Lake with my friends and sister this weekend. Bodyweight is so deceiving cause man did I sweat. Thank you Syndey and Dustin and all the Squad members for encouraging and lifting each other up. Even though I've never met any of you you feel like family. And I am grateful for that ❤
Whew this workout has me breathing hard but I absolutely loved it. The last move was my favorite because it brought on a different challenge. I hope this move comes up again in a later workout so I can see how I’ve progressed. Thanks for being the greatest trainer ever!!!!!
I typically enjoy Sydney's workouts for the non-nonsense exercises and her positive outlook. I found this one to be overcomplicated and thus not as good a workout as her others.
I crushed it 💪. My favorite move was the last one. It was different and not the typical moves you see. I have never done all of those moves together before. It was really fun doing it!
The best thing about these workouts is making it through to the end and listening to Sydney’s positive messages and then dancing with her at the end as it fades to black... SYDNEY YOU ARE AMAZING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXUBERANCE AND SPIRIT.

This was the first time I started to tear up at the end when you were talking to us. I used to be thinner, but I was all about workouts punishing my body, earning that brownie later, which I realize I had the mentality of it I hurt myself now, I can be good to myself later. When I think about it in those terms, I'm not surprised I gained the weight back. I think I was mentally tired from work and everything else that I didn't want to add to the hurt by going to the gym. Now I feel so much more love towards myself, both during the workout and afterwards. THANK YOU SYDNEY! This workout was an emotional burner 💪♥️💃
It’s Thanksgiving! I am on the road to a healthier body. Day 3 was great! I’m still kinda sore from day 1 😅 but we have a bonus today! Thank you so much Sydney for the last minute of inspiration. Since Sydney became my trainer, I honestly work out because I enjoy it and the way it makes me feel and shapes my body. I still enjoy the "bad" foods, but in moderation. This way just makes me feel good all around. Love these workouts!

A long time ago I quit questioning the intensity when I saw "bodyweight only" on Sydney's workouts. Crushed it!!! I'm so proud of how far I've come on my pushups- both wide and tricep! I usually do a preview of your workouts before actually starting them, just to see how hard the moves seem, what kind of moves you planned and today I thought this workout was almost impossible for me, especially because of having a headache but I said that I would try it anyway to see how far I can go and I must say it was an awesome decision. Even if during some moves I lost a bit my balance or the muscles started to really burn, I said to myself: when you think you can't do it anymore, you actually can do a bit more so this is what I did. I want to thank you for your dedication and keeping your community motivated. You are amazing, not only as trainer but also as motivational speaker and human in general. One of the best decisions of mine was to do my workouts with you. It helped me a lot, I can see the difference not only in my phisical appearance but also in my strength and motivation. I admit, sometimes it is hard, sometimes I don't have enough energy but I do my best and I know I can do better. You help me build all these things mentioned above. I appreciate you and Dustin from all my heart and would like this channel to reach that 1M as fast as possible because you deserve this reward. This was a great workout! I thought the last move was cool but I couldn’t get through it cleanly... but that’s ✅ okay! It’s so funny how my body feels so in shock when I do moves like today, but it’s such a cool feeling to have my body support me, even when mentally I’m tired or distracted. I crushed it 💪. My favorite move was the last one. It was different and not the typical moves you see. I have never done all of those moves together before. It was really fun doing it!
The best thing about these workouts is making it through to the end and listening to Sydney’s positive messages and then dancing with her at the end as it fades to black... SYDNEY YOU ARE AMAZING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXUBERANCE AND SPIRIT.

This was the first time I started to tear up at the end when you were talking to us. I used to be thinner, but I was all about workouts punishing my body, earning that brownie later, which I realize I had the mentality of it I hurt myself now, I can be good to myself later. When I think about it in those terms, I'm not surprised I gained the weight back. I think I was mentally tired from work and everything else that I didn't want to add to the hurt by going to the gym. Now I feel so much more love towards myself, both during the workout and afterwards. THANK YOU SYDNEY! This workout was an emotional burner 💪♥️💃
It’s Thanksgiving! I am on the road to a healthier body. Day 3 was great! I’m still kinda sore from day 1 😅 but we have a bonus today! Thank you so much Sydney for the last minute of inspiration. Since Sydney became my trainer, I honestly work out because I enjoy it and the way it makes me feel and shapes my body. I still enjoy the "bad" foods, but in moderation. This way just makes me feel good all around. Love these workouts!

A long time ago I quit questioning the intensity when I saw "bodyweight only" on Sydney's workouts. Crushed it!!! I'm so proud of how far I've come on my pushups- both wide and tricep! Loved the pep talk at the end, Coach! Just what I needed to hear to refocus and move forward in the right mindset. So thankful for the blessing you and Dustin are to us!

Hi, Sydney! I usually do a preview of your workouts before actually starting them, just to see how hard the moves seem, what kind of moves you planned and today I thought this workout was almost impossible for me, especially because of having a headache but I said that I would try it anyway to see how far I can go and I must say it was an awesome decision. Even if during some moves I lost a bit my balance or the muscles started to really burn, I said to myself: when you think you can't do it anymore, you actually can do a bit more so this is what I did. I want to thank you for your dedication and keeping your community motivated. You are amazing, not only as trainer but also as motivational speaker and human in general. One of the best decisions of mine was to do my workouts with you. It helped me a lot, I can see the difference not only in my phisical appearance but also in my strength and motivation. I admit, sometimes it is hard, sometimes I don't have enough energy but I do my best and I know I can do better. You help me build all these things mentioned above. I appreciate you and Dustin from all my heart and would like this channel to reach that 1M as fast as possible because you deserve this reward. When you put so much soul into something, you deserve success and the feeling of accomplishment. Thank you a thousand times!

This was a great workout! I thought the last move was cool but I couldn’t get through it cleanly... but that’s ✅ okay! It’s so funny how my body feels so in shock when I do moves like today, but it’s such a cool feeling to have my body support me, even when mentally I’m tired or distracted.
