I never work out in the mornings. I never feel awake enough to get decent performance. Today, I don't have time in the evening so I did it anyway. Feels good. I'm not sure if I blasted it with the same intensity I like to bring in the evenings, but I did give the intensity I had available, and I feel good afterwards. I'm calling that a massive win! Thanks for everything you and Dustin do to bring these workouts to us, Sydney!

I did this cardio workout before doing Sydney's 30 minute upper body circuit, for a full 1-hour workout this morning. 🔥This was great for getting moving, and keeping my heart rate up. It got me sweating and breathing, and ready to dive into my strength workout. 💪
Didn't do this workout from last week so decided to swap today's old cardio with this one. I definitely got my steps in and need to remember these workouts now that it's cold here.
Came in without much energy but started doing the workout and I absolutely LOVED it! Love the way it’s set up and love that it made me sweat in only 30 minutes!! Thank you for being my trainer Sydney! NOW EVERYONE GO CRUSH THIS WORKOUT! 🎉😊

Holy Hannah KI am spent - half way through I didnt think my legs were going to make it but oh my god that last moves - got me good!! I love step workouts, especially with the riser. I used my riser at 8 inches, so my pace was slower, but my push was deeper! Two thumbs up for this workout! Happy New Year to everyone in the Sydney Squad! 🥳✨🎉
