Crushed it, if you are wondering if you will your see progress. Balance. This summer I started doing Sydney workouts. In the beginning in the summer I could barely do a couple push-ups. Now I’m using heavier weights. And now I’m able to do push-ups a lot better. I just remembered balance is key
Day 2 Fit & Strong burner complete. The first warmup exercise of chest opener criss crosses I was like oh boy this is going to be interesting as my muscles were already screaming at me. Pushed thru the soreness because no pain no gain. I m so grateful for the ability to push my body. I ended the short & spicy workout with an awesome muscle pump 💪Let's go Squad!
I'm a night shift nurse in the emergency department in Nashville, Tennessee and don't always have as much time as I'd like to go the the gym AND COVID has been such a pain, I found your videos back in March and I absolutely LOVE them. You are always so encouraging, you never make me feel like I can't do something because there is always another option to try, and I would kill to go to an in person class with you (but this will do for now)! You are awesome, I love you and love these videos. I tell all of my friends about you!!

Be careful w joints. It took me a yr before I could do knee push ups! If you are heavier foe your frame, Also be careful w adding wgts. One must be strong to do these work outs. I have difficulty curling 15 lbs. Again if you have to compensate, work sround joint surgery, or pain or any surgery...ou will have to limit the reps, move slower from one exercise to another. Sydney you are wonderfully teaching, n help the non prof learn. I feel also your excercuses protect the back better than anyone. Too many people do not recognize when they begin compensating when lifting. We should slowly improve when exercises are done correctly. Not the reverse. I do love the challenge. Losing wgt is not about working out as much as what and how much we r eating. At certain ages, this is harder to address. I love your saying and have adapted it as my own" to change something one must ...change some thing" truly God bless you!!!
Sydney-ive been a loyal subscriber and have been working out with you for over a year now. Ive never felt stronger and more happy with myself and my body. But this past month my family and I came down with covid, and I lost weight rapidly and also my strength. In the past week I finally gained some strength to start workouts again and although it’s been hard and I have to go down in weights for some things, I’m happy to be back and I’m happy to see you crushing it with me too. Thanks for this and every workout you do!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I've been subscribed for a while but this is my first month of doing a series in real-time! Day 2 -- crushed it, and feeling great. Loved this quick and effective workout. :) I plan to get some heavier dumbbells because I anticipate being stronger by the time the month is over! Thank you Sydney!
I find it a little bit difficult to keep a routine, but i love how i feel after i do these workouts, not random, but workouts with purpose, that i know have been giving me results!! I have fallen in love with Sydney Cummings workouts, I love her personality and style and the presentation during her workouts and especially love when she does a little bit of a coaching talk at the very end thank you so much for this I really enjoy the videos! 💖
I did this one after your 50 minute legs workout with weights. Feeling so good! This week I could not workout due to not sleeping well and having to get to my classroom extra early to see my first graders. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite move was the plank with the weight. Somehow when you said squeeze your abs, I did and it felt soo powerful all of a sudden. The coaching is always super useful even on the moves you think you mastered
I am 2x your age... but always feel renewed after working out. Few of the excercises I have to protect my wrist joints by adapting postures. Age, ie: arthritis very much limits heavy lifting. I am tho sooo much stronger than I was a yr ago. I am working at staying the course of movement over perfection. Of just setting time for work outs and walking most days. The midwest is not an outdoor playing field as it is in Cali. Or many other places. I appreciate always the talk," Give your best where you're at." I was an athlete, a gymnast , alway able to compete... life does and will change. Accepting the scope of my age... is very difficult many days. As women we face challenges men don't usually see. I have a fab husband. I am neither in competition, nor health bias w him. I live for what I can do everyday. I hate being defined by limitations, some days we just are limited. Acceptance if WHERE WE ARE ANY GIVEN DAY... i appreciate the encouragement Syd!( we need this as much as a work out!!)

You are by far the best trainer I've had the pleasure of meeting in person and following here and Instagram. You get to the point, are motivational and extremely inspirational. Plus you care and have compassion, shown through these free videos, which I greatly appreciate. I would love to be able to afford a gym or to be part of a group where I can talk & workout with fellow fitness people, as it sometimes gets pretty lonely doing this all by myself. But as long as I can try to set my mindset to think of the results of self-care, working out alone is a bit more bearable. I loved the static moves where we did one arm at a time. Very challenging, but I can feel myself getting stronger! Also, thank you for explaining russian twists. I've done them for yearsssss and have never been told proper form. I've been doing them wrong and wondered why they weren't super effective for me. Thank you!
Hil! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 8 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 20s and even 25s dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous power, thick muscles, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated
I loved this Sydney! I did it after my run. It was a great way to incorporate s weight training into my cardio day. I appreciated the single arm then the double arm reps. Gives me a chance to increase my weights.
💪💪 Those Biceps and Triceps sets were Brutal!! But the abs section let my arms rest enough that I then added on my fave 10 Min arms Burnout afterwards! Whoo they are jelly now!! Thanks Sydney!!

I loved the weighted plank! Planks are hard for me but I challenged myself and did two rounds weighted! Feeling strong. 🥰

Me too! I can actually get to the floor about 10-15 times. Also I saw progress in my abs since I started doing Sydney workouts consistently in April.
