This is very good advice on how to support children when they disclose. Would love to see information now about the adult survivors who are speaking out for the first time. The necessity for the same kind of support is very important because they have already lived a lifetime of shame and guilt. They do not need more of the same causing secondary victimization. Lauren, you are promoting that you provide healing for survivors, please take this into consideration as part of your mission.
