Had a great one hope you did too! There's so much timber in that pond they cut all the trees and left them there and then flooded it. There's some good fish in there but it's hard to find where they are hiding sometimes!
Tried a buzzbait but they quit touching it they wanted a walking bait. But it has to be almost touching the stick ups so it's a challenge to keep it from getting hung up. I love all of the zoom fluke baits
Check out forsythe park boat launch in Monroe they have nice ponds it’s like a all in one area to fish and the ponds are very open so you can cover a lot
So question… with the swimming super fluke, do you use it like a soft plastic jerk bait, or more like a swim bait? Do you jerk it? Or just swim it? I never use the paddle tail version
Really like seeing you use the variety of fishing baits. Never get tired of those hooksets!
Hopefully I can keep those hooksets coming with this cold weather!

I just use it like a swimbait and just reel it in. I'll add a twitch sometimes but like 90% of time time just a straight retrieve
