That happens to me a lot with topwater, you are reeling it in to recast it and the hit comes five feet from the bank!!

Great job! You both caught a nice one. My wife doesn't fish, but i do fish with my son often. I hardly ever weigh my fish. We just argue the whole way home over who caught the biggest one. Haha.

And man I love those hook sets you get me every time with that frog I'm going to have to get to where I can chunk a frog somewhere that I cannot see it. My problem is with all my shaking and nervousness I yank it away from them before they can get it in their mouth oh boy! just a great video man. enjoyed it is always and good luck on your next trip!

Woohoo that bite was on! The overall content is awesome good job. As a bank fisherman I can tell you use extreme speed when dealing with that grass because the grass is between you and that fish and it's not going to get better. Great catches great footage cannot believe the number of bites. Thanks for sharing with us!

I hardly ever use a spinning reel unless I am fishing under docks, once I learned to use a bait caster I never looked back. Good video.

Makes it tough when they get buried in that grass along the edge, especially with the spinning rod and lighter line. You still managed to land quite a few. Some nice ones too. Great job!
