    I made this cake this weekend for a friend's husband who can't have gluten in his desserts! This cake was ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! Thank you so much for this recipe cause people have asked if I make gluten-free cakes, and now I can say that I do!! ❤😊

    Thank you so much for this tutorial! I tried making a cake from scratch for the first time using this recipe and everyone was in awe at how fluffy moist and airy the sponge cake was. Truly a delight and we will be making it again for the holidays. Thank you again for posting all these gluten free recipes to try, I’m binge watching your videos to plan out our treats for the rest of the year heehee 💝

    Hi. i made this recioe chocolate version. Replaced cornstarch with cocoa powder. The cake rose very well and all. Baked 40 minutes. But it sunk down while cooking down. So I put in upside down. Then it was very crumbly I couldnt take it I used a spatula and took it. Somehow I finished it. It was good

    I haven’t had April’s cake for two years since I went gluten free, finally I made this , it was delicious, I will adjust the sugar level next time I’m making it as it’s slightly too sweet for me

    Itried the recipe. But when mixing the yolks. With flour. my maternal uncle. Of gluten. The mixture clumps in the end. The recipe did not work

      Thank you! And I've never tried with sugar but I believe the chemistry of the cake would change without the sugar

    Tried this recipe following the exact instructions and it failed so horribly. I used the Schar mix gluten free pastry flour and idk if that's what caused this. The cake cooked from the top and the bottom but the middle was a weird goey yet caramelized texture causing the entire cake to crumble. I baked it for 1 hour mind you, because at 40 mins it still didnt look done. So disappointed

    Started to make this cake with our reading the recipe in the caption. I was wondering why my yolk mixture was more thick than in the video after adding the flour. Well, the video says 5 eggs but the caption says 6. Hopefully it turns out ok.

      I baked that cake for about an hour and the middle never cooked. I now made a second cake with 7 eggs and a little less gf flour (arrowhead mills) because the batter was far too thick on the first try. So far everything is coming together beautifully and I’m excited to see the outcome. Another thing I did this time around was blend my sugar finer. The sugar I have is very coarse and wasn’t breaking down in the beating process.

    Tip: use an egg slicer to quickly and evenly slice berries

      Use King Arthur gluten free flour. And make sure your measuring everything EXACT. baking has to be precise

      Glutenfree bukan singkong mba. Kalo pake tepung singkong nanti jadi kenyel. Ada sendiri tepungnya khusus, coba cari online mba.
