10 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 packet vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla essence)
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
3/4 cup gluten-free flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
Nuts (optional)
■ Instructions:
1. Mix the sugar and melted butter with a whisk for one minute
2. Mix in the eggs and vanilla powder
3. Add the melted chocolate and whisk for 1 minute
4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt
5. Add the mixture to an 8 x 8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
7. Take out of the pan and let cool for 15 minutes before cutting and serving
