Does the Malossi ECU for the Aprilia sxr 50 E5 need a short/wide air hose? From your explanation it seems not, but I saw/read on the internet that it should...🤔

What is the part number? Did you check the Malossi website. We don't have this model in Australia but this is definately something worth testing because the restrictions of air are apparent on other models.

Hose number is 1318778B and ECU number is 5519425B.

Thank you for very informative video. The fact that you gained only 5km/h is very disappointing. I saw some videos on UA-cam with some unrestricted Piaggio Libertys that could achieve 65-70km/h. Mine has the European moped restriction (45km/h), so i though that with the Malossi ecu it would be possible to achieve around 65 km/h..

Thank you✌️ The Liberty has different gearing and different wheel size so I would beleive it.

Go to the rear wheel, looking forward on the left side of the wheel you will see the engie case, the number is located on the engine case at the very rear near the wheel, slightly lower than center.@@matoutou8237
