Thank you..I paid 170$ for a new key then was robbed and lost that key truck been sitting up for a year cause I'm too stubborn to buy another key..I'll come back if my truck starts after I replace the radiator...I'm motivated all of a sudden☺️
This actually might help me save a lot of money. I’m thinking about buying a truck that is very cheap and the reason it’s cheap is because the owner can’t find the key.
whats best make and model of car for this to work on i tried it on a ford fiesta which i saw on my way home and didnt work just ended up breaking the car and had to walk
1. 😂 bull. 2. It’s not a transponder key, I was just too lazy to push the clutch pedal which pushes the neutral safety switch which in turn allows the car to start. 3. If I loose all of my keys including my copies, I will grab a set junkyard lock cylinders.
@@computernostalgia6293 my comments are for anyone foolish to try and do this. I am well aware where or not your car has a transponder key. And yes you are infact damaging the wafers in the lock.
@@groundzero. This video is over 5 years old. I decided to post it because why the hell not. Besides most people losing their keys are probably driving an old POS like this neon
Tried it, does not work, his tumblers were probably worn out in the first place, do not try this to your own you could screw something up then you'll really have problems!
@@computernostalgia6293 .... It only works if the tumblers are worn out it's not going to work for everyone, it only works if you drive a piece of crap
How do you unlock a key? I’m assuming that you are saying that if I turn the wheel slightly, then the wheel lock would have allowed me to turn the key. Which that’s not the case here. The Dodge neon from this eras wheel would lock when the wheel was turned 180 degrees, but this neons wheel lock was busted from a theft attempt 15 year’s ago
Thank you for my new car!

I was about to say starter problem oh cause ya didn't start it...Lotta😃tho.
Video Do-Over really would of liked to have seen a 100% follow thru.. 😣
what year does this work to? I have a 2006 pontiac solstice lost the key, only had 1............
I really hope this is real because if it isn’t I don’t know what I’ll do. No locksmiths want to come way out into the boonies
It’s real, but most cars are quite hard to pick. The old 1990’s Chrysler’s were pretty easy to pick and had no anti theft equipment to worry about
I had to google where is boonies located 😹 idiot
What about a 1997 Nissan Altima I lost my keys to my car and I'm trying to figure out what to do with out fucking up my ignition
And without buying another key

Yes it does

No it's your car
you spent half the video showing the key didn't work-we know that. And you never started the car!
Cool.
the key wasn’t the key to the car it was a fake key, like a dummy key just to use to wiggle it right?
Should have just started the car to prove it works. I mean that was the point of the entire video.
It was, but I’ll admit that I was to lazy to push the clutch in.
@@computernostalgia6293 🤨
@@miketampabay9446 It’s a manual. In order to start it you have to have the clutch in all the way when you turn the key
u could put the car in neutral and just start it, no need for clutch
@@jibran_km well that's because some cars don't have a clutch pedal position sensor that only let's voltage to pass to the starter relay
