I know the title is a bit of an exaggeration, but let's be honest, Whacka is really easy for how late you will end up fighting it in my opinion. It's a creative and fun fight, but also an easy one. It is nowhere near as hard as the Shadow Queen. This said, yeah, Whacka is a joke. In the sense that it's not meant to be taken seriously. It would have been an even better joke if it was actually the hardest boss in the game though, I believe.
Absolutely true. It also doesn't help that he attacks exactly like the piders in Chapter 2 which makes him very easy to superguard if you try enough, vs the shadow queen whose attacks are very varied and actually challenging to superguard due to the varied timing.
When I first encountered wacka I thought he was gonna be a one hit boss until I Tattled and saw he had 108 HEALTH! All of my items were used and half my partners were dead (I died 9 times)
Him being a one hit boss would have been such an amazing meme LOL But yes 108 health is insane!! You're a real one for counting the amount of times you died lol
Waka is the hardest boss by a mile as he has the highest attack in the game has more health than most endgame bosses has defense which not even boantail has and you are extremely low hp going in to the fight as he is at the bottom of the pit of 100 trails and it’s not like you whould have level up from the previous battle as by the time you unlock the waka battle you will be level 30+ and not even elite wizards will give significant exp
I think your first few points about his attack, defense, and health are valid. He does do a series of attack with high damage, and I think that's fair. What I don't think is valid is your point about low HP going into the fight- I played the entire game at 10HP, so low HP shouldn't be a barrier here. It's something you can get across- for example, using shell shield. He also doesn't attack every turn, so you won't be in a predicament where you have to use shell shield every single turn and can't get enough damage in. I think most people's issues may be their badge layout and attack strategy.
It’s easy as long as you approach him with all the proper items and badges and are somewhat capable at super guarding I had three Power pluses, two Defend pluses, three FP pluses, two HP pluses, a Damage Dodge, two Damage Dodge Ps, a Simplifier, and about four Boo sheets
Yeah, he attacks like the chapter 2 Piders so if someone really wanted to practice superguarding his attacks, they could just start there tbh. Your badge build sounds solid! I believe I had two power pluses, two P-Up D-Down and All or Nothing so Mario's attacks were like +5 his normal lol. And Boo's sheets are such a GOATED item

The Shadow Queen can be cheesed though. My uncle did that.
He used several Power Rushes and Power Bounce to one shot her.

As long as you know how to super guard, he's a cakewalk
Absolutely agree!
