      Glad you liked it!! Maybe it was a little too fast in some spots. 😁 When that happens, sometimes I will pause to get a few reps ahead and then restart the video.

    Just did it David on my Reformer, a little to fast for me so I concentrated on quality over quantity and my breathing and form. Thank you for these workouts!

    I’m watching this video right now thinking this might be a little too much for me to start doing next week. I would like to give it a try though. Definitely does not look easy. Great video David

      Thank you! Go at your own pace. Start at a lower level and complete as many reps as you can (you don't have to do all 12, 11, 10, etc.). As you repeat the workout, you will get stronger and be able to move faster. Good luck!

      It is the Total Gym Encompass. It’s a commercial grade model similar to the GTS. 👍
