Thank you for the info.. Very important not only to complete a deal the right way, But also to back out of deals Properly. Too many sellers/ wholesalers Not doing their due diligence. And getting Themselves in a pickle with those who know their stuff.
Thanks! If the value of the property I'm selling increased, but my agent wants to keep its price low, and he won't change it, and I'm locked into contract with him, then am I obligated to accept any offers that agree to buy it for the listing price?
I have a serious question. Please respond. I have signed papers with a realty company giving them the exclusive right to sell my home. I desperately want to terminate the agreement I made with them. In fact, I want to change realtors. How do I go about that in the best way possible?
I signed a amendment for repairs but realized it just won't be enough, the seller agreed to the amendment and now I want to terminate, what should I do?
Say if your a seller before the closing date as a seller decides not to sell and they the buyer can keep their money . They waste time suing the seller and seller file bankruptcy! Thanks
