Teraflex 4.5" Suspension System, Alpine Arms, Falcon 3.3 Adjustable Shocks - Shaun's New Gladiator

- Earlier this year you may have noticed that Shaun (@TheStoryTillNow ) has a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon in Sarge Green. The previous black Gladiator (the trailwrecker) had to go, mainly because the supercharger took out the engine. New plans are underway and this video covers the initial Teraflex suspension setup to take him through December 2022. Up next is a huge engine upgrade, so stay tuned for that.

In addition to moving south you would always be warm. We have some beautiful scenery some great great places to go camp. The advantage is we have very big alligators, those people that don't treat you right or don't want to work you could always take them camping.

With the four new control arms being adjustable, what makes the drop brackets so necessary exactly? BTW, got a part number for those drop brackets? 🤔

Did you stay with the Teraflex springs this time, or go with EVO like on the Trail Wrecker?
Teraflex coils this time. They hold up the weight a bit better and don't sag or bow in the front.
@@EPIC-4WD oh really? Thats interesting, as I swapped my Teraflex out because of the sag. They must have better QC now.
What wheel and tire in this video. It looks like a Sport S JT. I would like to go with a lift like this but have read the 35" tires aren't good for the diffs for the Sport S. Do you agree?
If you add a new adjustable rear track bar do you still need the bracket?
Curious to know what the "actual measured height" ends up being from stock with the 4.5 springs. Also, I'm a metalcloak fan due to the (proven fact) most misalignment and truly centered bushings at ride height control arm design, however my comment is really around supporting your comment on the drop bracket statement and would like to add that installing metalcloaks rear DB3 drop bracket on a JL makes for a complete package when paired to front brackets of any type. It feels EXACTLY like a long arm system. If folks don't like the gold, then just paint or powder coat and you're all good. (See my JLUR at JeepNdirt). I love ya'lls channel and Shaun's, and Casey's also wish you guys were in the US more often. It's obvious that you guys are a bunch of fun and inspire so many people. God Bless you guys for this, seriously. I'm a just for fun channel, but only decided to try it because of Shaun and Casey.

Is there a particular reason you go with teraflex 3.5 - 4.5 inch lift kits over other brands such as metalcloak? Just curious as a jeep owner in BC
Is the sway bar disconnect still automatic with this setup?
Yes, this retains the Rubicon swaybar disconnect system just fine.
Howdy! I’m curious, starting at what lift height would you say drop brackets become a noticeable improvement?
To add relevant info, I’m asking with regard to a wrangler JLUR
Our base, starting lifts for JLs and JTs is the Teraflex 3.5" kit. Front Geometry Correction Brackets are a must-have for on and off-road handling and front end flex. Cheers from the team at EPIC!
So Ginger, I have a 2.5"(got 3" really) lift on my JKU. Would front control arm drop brackets help there also? Thanks!!

what size of tires does Shaun have on the gladiator. i might bring mine down and get a bunch of stuff done, skid plates, lifts, kraken, goose gear, lights and anything else, it wont be as hectic as Casey250 unit but ill leave mine there for a month and keep throwing money at you, lol ill keep in touch when ready with my list. Alberta Boy :)

Ginger you need to add a shop here in the Southern United States. You would get along great with all the Yankees that move down south. LOL seriously you need to have a second place where people can go to to get real service and deal with people that know what they're talking about

Guy buying the take off parts. What are all of these rubbed off rust spots? Where the shop chucked the old parts across the shop floor, duh!
Looks the same as all the other gladiators on the road, good job. No creativity just slap on parts.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Reliability is worth more than anything.
