As a champ that level 4 info is a great refresher and tips. I also think 1st man defense gets lost often in the champ range. Mostly because of lack of trust and not wanting to mess up. So most champs (champ 2- low champ 3) will focus on back board, and net on defense with there often being two in net instead of 1 challenging when it comes to Ariel plays.

And how u can make me higher do I need lots of free time . Hopefully not me with just this thought . I wanna improve I’m 36 and been playing about a year with around 700 hrs thanks
