I used to do your advanced workouts. Had a running injury and went through a surgery. I restarted your workouts after 7 months today starting with this one. Awesome. Thanks a lot.
Although this is titled a beginner workout, it is also great as a warmup before going out for a run or power walk. As an aging person I really need to warmup correctly before hitting the pavement or trails. Thanks!
I loved this new, no-repeat workout! I am 3 months post Whipple surgery and this one was just right for me! I appreciate the tips on when to breathe in and out also. Thank you both for all you do to keep us fit!

Love your video, I have double vision and get off balance all the time but your exercises are very detailed and I like the low impact ones that she does. I sit down on some of the exercises and I try to remember to breathe . Both of you are great and keep up the good work.
