Wanna come by my store and do a quick video? We call it the treasure hunt of bourbons, because there all mixed in! Family owned for 30 years! Overland PArk KS, please reach out to me! Reply
Right there with ya. Benchmark has some weird notes on the nose and just seems too young. Yeah it's technically buffalo trace distillate, but it's definitely not on the same level as other BT products.
Old Rip 10 is really a great pour. Had it at a bar once and the bartender hooked me up with a 2oz pour for $10 after making friends with him for a little bit, haha. Hate to say it, but I’d probably buy it if I found it in the wild between $500-$700
That Pursuit United is a buy. You'd love it.
Ill have to give it a try! Thanks for the suggestion
Dude, basil haydens is low proof and overpriced. But, not sure why you act like it is gross. That Blade and Bow is even more gimmicky and maybe worse.
New riff Single barrel is so solid especially for the price. Looking for a store pick of it.

I would love to, but Kansas is a good ways for us. We’d have to make it a special trip

That old bardstown and Johnny drum is the best!
I’ve yet to try it so I’ll have to add that to my future list
It blows my mind to hear ppl trash basil, the proof is shit but I enjoy the taste
I just prefer the higher proof whiskey, for $40 i was expecting so much more.

If you are in the louisville area, i could probably get you one for $700
That Old Rip Van Winkle is honestly so freaking good. Everytime I try it I wanna hate it but damn is it good
It’s quickly become one of my favorites
I woulda asked to keep the old rip bottle 😂
That Yellowstone bottle is great!
Prices on those King of Kentucky pours are pretty good. Might have to swing by there next time I"m in town.
They had solid prices for a lot, i could have sat there all day drinking pours
Yellowstone Single Barrel is pretty good, higher proofs tend to be better. Easy find at Total Wine / Big Box stores.
I’ll have to check it out, someone else told me something similar
Nice shops.
We had a good time, wasn’t there long enough to check out all the locations but definitely recommend checking out these locations if ever in the area.
Great tour of the stores. Appreciate it! Definitely alot of stuff I want to try.
Thank you! We greatly appreciate it
So have you actually tried the Basil Toast, or just assuming it’s trash because it’s Basil?
I’ve had it and was not a fan, Penelope toasted and Elijah Craig are great toasted products however and they are some of my personal favorite bourbons
@@TheMashBrothers Right on, I know Basil is not loved by many, lol.
Missed that single barrel dueling grounds at the blind pig.
Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll keep my eyes out for it next time 👀🤘🏼
@@TheMashBrothers It’s great and rich stuff, kentucky only for now! Craft distilled and amazing stuff. Huge fan already!
Thanks for only hitting the tourist traps on third street! Leaving the rest for us locals! 😂
And after my visit here I was thinking the people in Kentucky were so nice.
You bet!
