I have been to Bardstown probably 22 times for Distillery tours located around the area. I have eaten at The Talbott Taveren numerous times. But I feel the best bread pudding with bourbon sauce at Kurtz restaurant next to the Parkview Motel on Stephen Foster Ave. The have been sold and have different names. Mammys is good also to eat at. Also I think the only place you can buy Evan Willims 12 year is at their Lexington Distillery. Also several blocks away are streets with beautiful restored homes. The is so much to do in Bardstown.

Talbott Tavern is a great place to visit. Be prepared to make reservations or have patience when you go. It gets busy but it’s worth the wait.
