Me too! Except that failure was one bicep curl at 25! But i did end it at 15's. I went 25's, 20's, 17 and 15. Good for me, too- best ever.

Wow! 15 lbs is incredible arm strength! Is this lesson for men as well? I am a guy and did this lesson but it was brutal! I could only manage this training with 1 lb dumbbells and my arms just gave up during the curls with the 1 lb😔I wish I can be so strong and muscular as the women here!
@@rupinjeremiah9589 I know you commented this over a month ago but these videos are for everyone. Don't look at other people's numbers, you need to work your way up from the bottom. A year ago I never even used weights and now I'm using 5kg/11lb for curls and getting stronger slowly but surely

Thank you so much for pushing us! 💪😅 I was back to doing 15 lb hammer curls as I’ve been getting over a wrist injury…so pretty good for me! Last drop set could only do 2 reps at 15 lb curls, then dropped to 12 lb for rest of first minute and 8 lbs for last minute.

Oh my lord my arms are jelly now!!! Loving these formats of really working the one muscle group at a time I'm really connecting especially triceps which I usually struggle with. Did 9kg(20 pounds) down to 6kg(13 pounds) for the dropset, supinated too! Happy rest day all, I really feel like I need it this week 😅🤍

Hey ! 40:46 good morning! Liked the workout but wondering if there could be some other workouts for arms that trigger batwings without weights. Different versions of arm workout these I seem to get tired of doing. I have been rockin with u for 3 years and I love your workouts. You had other arm workouts and loved them.. could there be other workouts on the arms without weights? Different variations something different most of the time? Just asking

Sydney, you pushed me on this one and I am proud to say I not only finished, I crushed it. Heavier weights, work through all three sets and made to the last two minutes. Then you humbled me on the finisher, I made it but I was done and my arms were on fire. Thank you ❤, great workout💪
Loved both the last 2 workouts but man did they take everything out of me lol! Yesterdays leg day was nuts . I’m very much looking forward to resting my body tomorrow and just walking !

Day 2 in Hawaii!!! Got in the gym early and got my workout in!!! Couldn’t do the drop set as someone else was working out and had the weights but I just pumped it out the whole time with what I had!!! Happy Saturday!!!

Three rounds is hard for me. Not because it’s physically hard but because it’s mentally hard. I have to fight ADD to care about something for long (I know it’s not really long but feels long to me) periods of time… it’s hard but this is good practice for me to keep focus and focus on the move, so I don’t really focus on the pain.
Uff, this is my favorite workout and it was tough but I crushed it💪🏻

Quite hard to do on vacation lol I packed a weighted rope thing lol😅it worked br much harder for triceps. I crushed it though! Never give up just adapt.❤
Drop set, I did about 2 reps each arm with 30’s - Knew that was a bit much but I tried. Dropped to 25,20 and ended with 15’s. Arms are toast.
Came to the gym at 6:30 pm on a Saturday… I was the only one here! But I am addicted… had to get my Sydney workout in for the day! Taking her on the road for the next week. Glad her workouts are doable from even a hotel gym!

Ohh my arms...it was a pretty challenging workout for me..I really like the drop set at the end because that helps to overcome the fear of failure and encouruge testing your boundaries at this point of the journey..So yeah it was tough but very helpful, thanks Sydney!

I couldn't do the tricep push ups today even though they're usually my strongest push up style but instead of stopping and leaving I just continued to do dips until the time was up. Make the workout work for you, every day is going to be different but stay engaged and give it your all! You got this!
