Gotta love the Americans and how they’re still strapping turbo and supercharged v8s into new cars. Here in Europe we’re having to deal with 1.3 Renault engines in Mercs that sound like vacuum cleaners now 😢
@TwinTurbo Ray we know, and they cost 80,000+ dollars. A V8 sports car here is $40,000.
I just had this in last week and it was the most fun SUV ever. Hands down.

Man…kudos to your team for producing a quality review. You didn’t feel the need to spend time discussing the (ridiculous) popping & crackling of the exhaust, you have good, useful information, & you kept it moving! This is why you’re probably my favorite review channel, as you just don’t dumb things down. You still make it entertaining, & but in an adult way. We could use more cats like you in the states, especially Los Angeles! Other channels, take a look at how a professional review is done. This channel doesn’t try to appease 19 year olds who think leaving circular rubber marks in a road equals power & entertainment, & that’s really refreshing.

Man I genuinely wish we had cadillac in the UK sometimes. Probably couldn't use a huge truck like this but the CT5 looks so good.
The CT5-V (not even the Blackwing version) is incredible. Great body control, divine steering, magnetic ride control so it’s comfy on the ride to and from work. A great car.
There's a very good and obvious reason we don't have Cadillac, Lincoln, Acura etc.

They have tried and failed bit American designed cars, by and large don't do well outside of North America.
If it was a 20% import on foreign cars, why do we have so many Asian cars?
I love this kind of automotive madness. And I really don't know why... it makes NO sense... but I absolutely love that car manufacturers give us the choice.

If you live in the UK you probably don't see Escalades or GMC Yukon's much. To give some context, they make other 'full sized' SUV's and vans look small.
Because UK doesn't have big enough roads to fit this behemoth.

It's so strange to see the V badge on the Escalade, yet I love it a lot. This is easily the spiritual successor of the Mercedes R63 AMG.

6200lb's is honestly less than I expected considering current car trends. Hoping to run into one of these in a car near enough 3000lb's less but with roughly half the horsepower and way more aerodynamic.
Cadillac also puts that engine in one of there 4 door sedans

🤩🤩 I don't think it is available in Europe. (We have no room for it) 😅 The fact that the brakes fail after a few km on a racetrack well, don't take the racetrack!! Apart from that, if I had big money and lived in the US, I would probably buy one too. Love it!

I prefer the front end of the sport version and I don’t like the V emblem on the side. Also the single square exhaust tail pipes look cleaner and sleeker for some reason.🤔
