This is one of the most interesting souls speedrungs I’ve ever seen. Just jumping across to another arena is insane. In addition there somehow is ground with actual collusion out of bounds. And on top of all of that you have to fight the hardest boss in the entire game 50 minutes into the run.
Just finished the game and loving it so I can finally watch this! I didn't know this game was this broken with how polished it looks playing it normally, it's a shame any% has so little fights though
Let me clarify. When a loading screen goes super fast and then just sits on a number like 95% for a long while. Its a common thing in most games. Then, the words “now lying” would mean a lie is being told right then and there. Obviously it’s a reach, hence the question. But my thought is that the loading screen is lying about how close you are to being fully loaded. Just a weird thought I wanted to put out there.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey also has zips. You can launch from one island to another if you've got high enough FPS. They are achieved differently and are called something else but it's basically the same thing.
I assume this has been tried, but is there really no way to clip to the chapter 10 trigger or something? I mean, it’s in the hotel the whole time, isn’t it? And we can try to zip in the courtyard. Is there not some way to get to the elevator OOB or something at like the start of the game? Or is it not there until the hotel is attacked maybe? Obviously 11 would be optimal but 10 just seems so easy since it’s right there the whole ass time lmao
The "zip" glitch was discovered in Elden Ring and it works about the same in Lies of P (somehow). The rest of it was people routing out of bounds areas over the last month
I'm kinda late to the speedrunning scene of this game but does the jump regenerating Stamina while sprinting come in useful or does the slow roll animation at the end of the jump take up more time than just stopping sprinting and getting a little stamina back

I started watching speedruns on this game from over 3 hours. This is my favorite TV show now. I'm waiting for the final episode for less than 1.00.00
