Probably 1 time most days, with 1 or 2 days a week where bruh just goes nuts and does it 3 or more times. If it was actually 2 every day with mimimal exceptions, that would be weirdly routine and specific. With addictions like that I feel like it's passive most of the time, with occasional binges.
