Great work, and easy to follow instructions! At the cooldown i could now feel more clearly a opening in my right hip, and gradually releasing❤ i think the sit through and side opening/push is Key here. Thanks
@@smoovmoves thanks for good support. I found a need for the Reaching Skydiver + a simple Cobra hold for some 30 min as well. This released the mid back ad most likely preassure to the sciatic nerve. I m an old yoga teacher but I find better comfort through dynamic movements like your teaching❤

I found both Monkey 🐒 stretch and Star 🌟 fish 🐟 is easy to do but the the third one SKT Stretch was a bit confusing. Would you explain it more please? Could be mobility issues from my side? Because the others were easy to follow.
