    Tried a few others, didnt quiet really jel into those, felt incomplete on the movements and then caught up on your sessions to finally stick to

    Great work, and easy to follow instructions! At the cooldown i could now feel more clearly a opening in my right hip, and gradually releasing❤ i think the sit through and side opening/push is Key here. Thanks

      ​@@smoovmoves thanks for good support. I found a need for the Reaching Skydiver + a simple Cobra hold for some 30 min as well. This released the mid back ad most likely preassure to the sciatic nerve. I m an old yoga teacher but I find better comfort through dynamic movements like your teaching❤

    I found both Monkey 🐒 stretch and Star 🌟 fish 🐟 is easy to do but the the third one SKT Stretch was a bit confusing. Would you explain it more please? Could be mobility issues from my side? Because the others were easy to follow.
