I’m loving watching all your videos. My mother taught me how to make dal makhani many, many years ago, and I taught myself to make paneer and paratha. I’ve shared my dal makhani and paratha with my boss at work and he said it was the best thing he’d eaten in a long time. This gave me so much confidence, so now I’m looking to expand my repertoire by watching you. Thank you for sharing all this!

Hello Chetna I absolutely adore your videos! I wanted to know how much paneer to use for this recipe for say 6 people? It would be paneer from the Indian shop? And how many people does your recipe serve as part of an Indian meal that includes other dishes? Many thanks Allan from Tooting x
