Hi! When you snip off the top leaves to make it more compact, does that mean it will become a dwarf tree? Thank you for sharing this! I'm so excited to watch my avocado pit sprout further, and to repot it!
Thanks for your comment! Snipping off the top leaves encourages a bushier growth but doesn’t turn the avocado into a true dwarf tree. It helps the plant become more compact and promotes a fuller shape. I'm glad you're enjoying the process-happy growing 💚
Good❤
Thank you 💚
Avocado tree
I used to put advercado in water took long time to root so I put 3 in kitchen roll damp put in container left in dark in container when I went to spray them with water I had a shock all 3 were rooted
Yes, that's another excellent method to root an avocado seed. Like any approach, it has its advantages and disadvantages. It's fascinating to see the different ways people achieve success with growing avocado plants.

Amazing! Also you could make it without toothpicks)
Wish i saw this video sooner. I knew i need to trim my plant at some point. Bit im worried i waited too long.
Thank you for watching! It's never too late to start pruning your avocado plant to help encourage bushier growth. Just make sure to trim it during the right season and avoid cutting off more than a third of its branches at a time.
@@DinasGarden well I botched it. Hopefully it will make it till spring
My avocado seed split almost in half after a couple of days after putting the tooth picks and setting it in water. is it still good?
Sure. It's common for avocado seeds to split during the germination process. As long as the seed hasn't rotted or molded, it should still be viable for growing.
All is good, but will be better without the back music. Thanks!!
Save yourself a lot of time ( maybe twenty years or so) and buy a grafted tree. Trust me.
Good❤
Thank you 💚
