It's a cool concept! One piece of advice would be to seperate parts from service for scoring reasons. There are a lot of people who would probably sign up to do work that are good engineers, but don't have parts inventory. I would also score engineers separately if their company registers and they do on behalf of them. As we all know, some engineers are better than others and where they work shouldn't affect their score, and vice versa for the company. One engineer not performing well, shouldn't affect their overall score too much. It should be an average score of all individuals for the company....and an engineer score with their company score for them. A lot of moving parts, but looking forward to seeing it in action!
