Can you do another video please on this recipe this was an awesome video made me feel like I’m back home. I when I go vincy to visit I wish to see this production live. I would even order some from these ladies.
Great video. That's the real Mc Coy. Rich cultural and diverse heritage.. the vincy touch of our prized vernacular in the background; I'm proud to be Vincy
Loved it and the commentary. I bought back some arrowroot starch from Vincy so it was cool to see that there was a UA-cam recipe. Mine came out nice. Thanks for the upload ❤.
Very interesting. Very cultural. I never heard of Madungo before. I like the realness in the video; the people talking in the background. “And you have to slap it too” 😂 😂😂. A lot of work. Very informative and educational. Great video💯👍🏽✅. Watched from start to finish. Watched your Ads too. Thanks for sharing Sam💕
Loved this video. I've been rationing my supply of Vincy arrowroot flour - one pack left - as I only make on special occasions, like New Year's. Usually complement that with some cocoa tea and buljol. Muddawuk I'm already hungry!
Thank you! I wish I can have some Vincy arrowroot myself. I be dreaming of those madungo bakes. I love it when coconut is added too. That is a nice way to serve it with cocoa tea and saltfish.
You feel the man nah know way he ah do😂😂😂? I really enjoy this vid jah know the process long boii, big up yo self straight out ta camp Tek🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨💯💯💯💯
My friend in St Vincent sent me this video. I do not have the starch available here but I will check in with her to see if she can do a video for the bread.
Can I use the starch from the store to make this? What is the process? Do I simply add water to the starch, form it into a ball and continue from there?
No farine is different. The starch from the arrowroot is whqt we call mudungo starch. It’s the stage before the arrowroot is pulverized. After it is pulverized it is pure starches, light, with bits of pieces like chalk with white powder (the mass feeling firm to the finger. We then called it mudungo and make mudungo bakes from it.

No it won't work. I've tried it and it was a complete failure. It's better to get the starch from home.
@@samsgiftedhands3998 I found a recipe.

Why was is boilt in the first place?
So they can get the gummy outer layer to mix with the dough. That's the unique part of it.
