    Brilliant! I watched and listened to the way you made your sweet potato pudding and finally I found someone who uses similar ingredients to me.
    I use dasheen aswell or instead of the coco.
    I would like to see you make cornmeal pudding because I don't like it, but would try yours. Bless you for sharing your baking skills 🙌 🙏🏾 👏

    Thank you for the time and effort, you have allocated to this wonderful recipe. There are various slight adaptations. However, this one, I will make. I think I will also use smaller individual moulds. Halving the baking time. And a selective introduction, to my friends palates. As they have never experienced the sheer indulgence, of this pone. Jamaican cuisine, is rather formidable. In the most pleasant way, and consequently a joy to discover!

    Looks nice and firm the way I like it. Hopefully mine turns out good when I try my hand at it. What is Coco?

    • @yaadienycenys6753
      @yaadienycenys6753  2 роки тому

      Cocoa is a ground provision, similar to yam and sweet potatoes.

    This looks nice, sis. I have tried the cassava and coconut but I am not familiar with the cocoa. I wish I can get it to try in mine because yours really appears to bind well

    • @yaadienycenys6753
      @yaadienycenys6753  2 роки тому +1

      Ye it does help it to bind well, even better than flour. I really hope that you can find it. Thanks for watching.

    It would be much easier for you to desolve the nutmeg cinnamon ect. In the liquid so it would even out. You could also add some raisins.

    • @yaadienycenys6753
      @yaadienycenys6753  2 роки тому

      Thanks for the suggestions.... I do use raisins too.... Not everyone likes raisins.

    Nice...just a question...for the batter is it 4 or 6 cups of Coconut milk. While the batter was being prepared you stated 4 cups but when you were going over the ingredients you'd mentioned 6 cups.

    • @yaadienycenys6753
      @yaadienycenys6753  2 роки тому

      ☺️ Great observation... I dissolved the sugar in 4 cups of coconut milk first, but it was a total of 6 cups. Thanks for watching.

      350° for 2½ - 3 hours... You want the middle of your pudding nice and firm.

      Have you tried it? Could be too much for you. However, it is not a sweet pudding.
