in my opinion...the best physical therapist!
Therapist(s)
They should dress as Ernie and Bert for Halloween lol
You two are a joy, you make a difference with each of your videos. Thank you!
Watch your show every day but I have a request please turn up your mic you're one of the few shows I watch that the volume is so low, I always watch you while I'm doing stuff in the kitchen and I have to be right next to my phone to hear you, I appreciate that thank you love you guys
Much love to you both !!!! The BEST physical therapists.
In my opinion also the two most important Physical therapist on the internet
Thank you for sharing.
Can you please do a video of how you both became physical therapist and what u might have done differently or tips maybe school, major, internships and stuff like that. I want to become a physical therapist and want to know the best path to go!
You do recommend repetition in exercises....so I'm just transferring that to my rather frequent mention about the recent low volume on your videos. Please...is it possible to increase it to the previous level? Thanks!
My long, thick, thick hair was causing my neck headaches. I got a hair cut and voila! Almost no more neck headaches. I still get them, but they are rare and not daily any more now!!
Love you Bob & Brad but PLEASE turn up the volume!!!
Oooh could you please do one for back pain? Thanks Bob and Brad x
I’ve got to get a set of those glasses that Brad has, those are awesome
My chirop story. I waitressed for yrs in late teens/early 20’s & lifted lg. oval very heavy trays (we’d out-do each other!) Mid-20’s I began having numbness & tingling into L ring finger & pinky. Many chirop adjustments for 15 yrs. Had 3 kids & younger mom’s/dad’s...blame the kids & car seats, etc for your pain! I had my usual neck adjustments & pain was worse the next morning. Chirop adjusted again & pain worse again. I couldn’t move my L arm & the pain was intense. I had an MRI & could’ve had neck surgery, but held off. My neuro who handles my chemo induced PN, said NO MORE neck adjustments & that I could’ve been paralyzed! So be careful everyone! Neck adjustments can make things worse! I like the Homedics back & neck massager. You can stop going to a chirop!
Depends on the person. Cervical adjustments have helped me greatly over the years. Limited success with other health care providers. Chiro is lifesaving for some of us.
Please share your opinion on the Posture Pump, is it safe to use when you have cervical spondylosis?
Love love love your work thank you. I have trouble crossing one leg over the other when sitting in a chair or when putting one foot on my knee to put socks on. What video of yours will help with this? Is it tight hip flexors? Thanks Keep up the informative, evidence based work. :)
Definitely sounds like tight hip flexors!
Posture plus the brain/pain connection is really relevant! You realise it after a new pain turns up and you forget about the one lol
I was told I have thoracic outlet syndrome then I was told I don’t. I’m prettier sure this comes from my neck but I keep having pain on the inside of my left arm. For about two yrs now I can’t stand my shirt or anything under my left arm pit.
nerves become more sensitive, good to know. you would think they become less sensitive
The thumbnail looks like Vader has brad in a force choke hold 😂
Love your content; however' I wish you guys get straight to the point from the start.
Skip!
Can't hear you guys very well.
I loved the vid a lot! I have been trying to search for a UA-cam video like yours that explains the ideas in this video. The part at 1:07 is my favorite. Your video actually is like the content from this awesome health enthusiast Doctor Ethan. Doctor Ethan's tips are for sure useful and he helped me a lot on my exams. He is an educational health enthusiast in Nottingham.
You should check out his page out and give the medical student a like! 👉 #StudentDoctorEthan
I don't see neck pain in the program section. Am I just blind? I see plantar fasciitis, sciatica, tens, shoulders, and hips.
