I love the Novus Ordo Mass and too find the consecration very sacredHave attended the TLM only once in the past few years and felt quite lost and left out. I do plan to attend again at a parish closer to my home and maybe not so strict with more interaction by the priest. i believe Christ loves both Mass rites as we are all praying His sacrifice. I pray for you. You are my bishop even though I live several hundred miles from Tyler Texas.

I hope you can find your way again into the body of the Christ, through actual and sincere obedience and penance, which does not in any way mean silencing the truth of the Gospel.
Bishop Strickland moves us and inspires us like very few others. (It was a similar experience when listening to Father Pavone.) He must be a true believer because when faith is absent, words have a hollow ring, and leave us feeling disappointed. There have been times in my life- and I would imagine in most people’s lives- when I’ve been in urgent need of spiritual consolation, and have gone to Mass only to leave as full of despair and pain, as when I went in. I fully understand that at Mass I must do my part, because if I don’t, even the most eloquent priest will not be able to help. But there I was, thinking that if even my beloved Church will not bring me solace, then the world is indeed a miserable place. Bishop Strickland knows this feeling because he says he has wondered if anyone besides himself really believes, and as such does his best to overcome the mediocrity and tediousness of just going through the motions. And now Bishop Strickland, one of the Few Good Men, like Father Pavone, is cast out. Bergoglio is seeking out the Few Good Men to eliminate them and thus weaken the Holy Roman Catholic Church. He has dedicated himself to this task as if there’s nothing more important for a pope to do. Maybe Bishop Schneider is next, who knows. But someone must stand up and take action against this pope and his minions before it’s too late.
This bishop's love for the Sacred Heart, for the Church, for Our true faith, is so real and so unshakeable. Sometimes we forget that we have saints here on earth, living among us.
God bless him - the Latin mass is the universal mass - it was everyone’s language at one time. Why is this controversial? He is the second priest in the past three months I’ve heard speak on how they want to weep when they offer it. I’m so thankful we have defenders of truth like this man. ❤

I went to the cimetery in the village where my parents are burried. One tomb was the tomb of a former priest who took care of the parish from 1902 till 1952.
