Stretching for 10 mins to an hour a day helps me with my herniated disc. I’ve accepted I won’t ever be a 100% but I’m going to push to be a badass 80-90% of myself. Active recovery is key ladies and gents.
this. physical therapy has really helped with my disc as well. it was a demoralizing feeling going from squatting 3 plates, to where 135 feels like all the pressure in the world on my lower back. still, working around it and doing what you can, even with the limitations. hope you're doing better, bro.
I hear ya brother. Used to love just running and lifting. I’m back doing what I love but now I’m taking precautions now. Never sacrificing form for power. Hoping for the best for you as well brother. Keep your spirits high.
