  • Back again with another workout. It was suppose to be just lower body and it turned into a very good full body workout! we did some squat some bench and some rows.

    Kevin, first of all, you are a BEAST! I watch your videos to motivate me before I workout and when I have rest days. Secondly, could you do a video about nutrition for fat loss, how you maintain a low body fat consistently and what you do to counteract the meal(s)/day(s) that you do not eat clean/healthy?     Does Kevin do cardio as well ? I want to know how to incorporate cardio into the workouts he provides.
