Kevin Lo, can you give tips on how to do more pull ups and advancing to muscle ups?
I got the same exact hip problem. I get SI pain on my right side because of it. When I do any lift, I feel my right side way more. I have to make a conscious effort to not let my hips rotate.

hey man I got a very similar frame as you, just wondering why you decided to go the more functional and lean route rather than bulk up and go full-on beastmode? I've realized after I bulked up, people at the same weight with bigger frames always look bigger and thicker (especially arms) than me even though I outperform them on every lift and have been lifting way longer than them, so I'm contemplating on getting lean and functional. (I love a lot of sports but I couldn't do any cuz I didn't want to lose any size)

Start with the assisted pull ups
I realign my hips with alternating glute bridges, lift one bent knee towards your chest then lower it into a straight leg and switch. I also do elevated glute bridges to expand my range of motion

@@jasminekumlin2367 the weight shifts around your body when you are going down, and going up. romanian deadlifts are better; more stabilized. going ATG with all that weight during a squat isn't natural to me.
