  • what sup guys back again! today we talk about my training and what i have been doing this past month or so. It has been a lot of bodyweight movements and calisthenics which is how i trained back when i was in my early college days.

    Glad to see you’re in good spirits big bro during this crisis. I’ve been doing similar things along with balancing out workouts and being at the hospital as well. Doing home workouts is different, but it’s taken back to my roots before I started hitting the gym definitely noticing the changes as well. Looking forward to your collaboration with the app and seeing more videos as well

    I've been doing IF as well. The eating period is really important for me (focus on quality nutrient intake) and drinking water is so vital. I do it more now. Cool vid
