Thank you so much for educating me on whole healthy foods, I used to think i ate healthy but was reelying on too much processed foods like protein bars to get my protein in. Ended up getting my bloods back and realising how wrong I was !!! Its still a learning process, but your videos are getting me on the right track ❤
Hi Pernilla! Love your videos. One thing that I’ve noticed for me personally is the filter on your videos can sometimes make your delicious food look less appetizing. It changes the color so much to where I have to try to think of what the food is on the screen.. Anyways, I loved the gym part of this video, you seem to have a lot of fun there!

Why not just buy whole carrots? Then they'd be organic and also cheaper. For the oatmeal you can just boil the water and pour it into the bowl and let it sit for a few minutes, you don't even need to use the microwave at all.
I think the 2000 calories I consumed on this day is pretty normal. I do do more weight lifting than most and if I have times when I do cardio I will eat more because I will be more hungry 🤗 we are all sooo different so we can never compare ourselves to someone elses diet, my intention is always just to help people with meal ideas for them to up their protein 💪🏼❤️🤗 sending a lot of love your way!!
