  • If you don't have any equipment at all and still want to get some kind of grappling fix then this drill is perfect. In this drill we practise simulating a fight ending grappling routine where we go from mount, to striking and then transition into an Armbar. Practise this routine for 5-10 mins, working both left and right sides, to help improve your Arm Bar Submission movement and muscle memory.
