  • In this drill we look at how we combine shadow boxing and takedown set ups. This drill requires very clear visualisation and this can be aided by placing two markers on the ground to symbolise where your opponents feet and legs are. The more effective you are at being able to visualise these elements the more your muscle memory will improve.
    We look at shooting in on double legs, punching into single legs and then combining single leg and double leg takedowns together.
