Great vid Stuart, I’ve bought luggage from your recommendations before (several years ago now, a Lomo bag) so I know from experience the value of your recommendations and appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this. But let’s forget the luggage and the bikes. The burning question here is; what’s happened to the beard? Did it disappear willingly? Was hypnosis involved? The tobacco brown looks fantastic. If you want a luxurious option and aren’t in a hurry fastening and detaching your luggage then Trip Machine are the best choice. I had the pannier bags but because I park on the street that meant having to undo and redo them after every use which got very fiddly and annoying. If I had a garage and could leave them on then I would have kept them. Sold them and got the Kappa Rambler panniers and top bag instead which are quicker to attach detach but aren’t as premium looking of course
Ordered the Escapade Tour pack. I remembered and rewatched your review or this set from a year or so. I’m hoping it looks as good on the Classic 350 as it did on the Interceptor. My first purchase from Trip Machine, but I bought the Enfield largely on your reviews and opinions and I’ve been very happy with it. I’ve put more than 1,000 miles on it in just under 4 weeks. Many happy miles to you and thanks for the great channel!
Thank you for a through walk through of the new duffel bag - I think that the military one they made last year is a bit to small, but this one looks just perfect. And - so glad that your channel is not deleted, would really miss it.

I have this bag, my wife found it at a secondhand shop. Seems to be very well made, and I've adapted it (made a harness) to fit the tail rack on an '87 Honda Super Magna. Having said that, however, I am disappointed with Trip Machine. I have contacted them several times, via email, for support on the bag. I am needing to purchase some missing accessories (rain cover and soft straps) and a replacement swivel for the shoulder strap. No response from them. Even sent pictures. Not sure what to make of that, expected better.

Kwaliteit bagage, don't know if it will suit my old Transalp though. I've painted an sanded my original 60ltr topbox several times, to give it that authentieke look. P.s. love your dialect, living in the south of the Netherlands i'm surrounded by lovely Lingo in all accents. Trying to master SchweitzerDeutsch currently, not an easy task. Yours i can handle😁

I have one of their messenger bags in tobacco brown as my every day work bag. My "man bag" you might say. I can vouch for the quality. It is looking even better as it ages. Purchased on the basis of Stuarts reviews. I would like to buy more.

I like that craftsmanlike approach to things. that duffel bag you're showing might make a suitable bag for weekend trips with my XK8, in keeping with the classic style. and... I'm going to investigate if some of their saddlebags would be suitable to go on my Honda CB900C. thx for that vid!
I use my tripmachine backpack pannier virtually every day. I'm travelling Europe and UK at the moment (from Australia) and it's on my back all the time. Great quality, ages well, and I always get compliments about it. The single buckle means the bag isn't too much hassle to open, but always feels safe to have on your back in crowds as it's way trickier for someone to get into than a simple zip. I think that two of the buckles might start getting tiresome on this new bag after a while though, as it's not the quickest means of opening/closing. I also have a tripmachine military duffel which is nice, but as bike specific luggage I found I had to put a tight fitting length of PVC pipe into it to give it permanent shape otherwise it was a bit awkward to keep tightened correctly as it needed adjustment every time you wanted to add or remove luggage from it.

Looking at some of the stitching, some of the smaller parts (I can't see all of them) have been hand stitched. That, to me, makes this a quality product (though some of the edges could do with finishing). [GEEK ON] One of my hobbies is making small leather goods (I'm by no means anywhere professional, it's a hobby to me to keep me from getting bored when the weather's too bad to ride) [/GEEK OFF]

Great video! Very helpful. I JUST got a RE classic 350 (last weekend) having spent 3 years on a Vespa GTS 300. Here’s my conundrum. I am a flautist who likes to travel on two wheels to go to my various sites. The Vespa has loads of places to stash my gear. Under the seat (purse), my top box (helmet and odds and ends) and a sturdy hook to hang my “gig bag” on. I am looking for a cool, retro duffle bag to put on the tail. This Tripmachine one looks very cool, but I think it might be a bit big and also not super water proof. I am thinking I may put the good ole top box back on for convenience sake because I hate carrying my helmet into schools. I feel so conspicuous. All of this to say do you have any other recommendations for a cool tail duffle bag I can carry my flute, iPad etc and also be able to sling over my shoulder to take into schools? When in it’s case, the flute is roughly 3 inches wide and 14 inches long. Any thoughts? Thank you from Colorado
Hi Stuart. After watching your video on Burly Brand Panniers for my T100, I purchased a set. They look great. Trouble is they don't do a matching tailbag or duffle. I am still agonising over the choice of said bag for the rack behind the seat. Do you think the one in this video would be a good compliment for the Burly panniers? Or do you know of something else? Sorry to be a party pooper but i prefer by farr kayaking duffel bags , they do not look gentleman like but they fear no weather , dry is the word here , absolute dryness ad the bags do not know the word soggy , sorry Stuart

Totally agree on the ' customer experience' a little bit of effort on the manufacturers behalf goes a long long way in customer satisfaction.
They do put out very nice kit. I love the items I've gotten from them, and you are right about the attention to detail with the packaging.

The trip machine stuff is nice, there's no doubt about it but you can turn any vintage bag into motorcycle luggage with a pair of £10 Rok Straps.

Trip Machine luggage is lovely. I have several pieces. Beware though, it ships from India so don’t forget to factor in the import duty to the price.
I heard about that. When I purchased my backpack from them a year ago that was not added - the import duty tax must be something new. Too bad.
