I actually prefer the videos where you senior guys actually get Sam to try different stuff and try to teach him. It is good that Sam promotes just a burnout on your targeted area. It doesn't have to be an hour of straight shoulders. But pumping throught your side workouts is the trick. Just don't over exert yourself.
