Hosstile truly deserved sam, and Sam deserved hosstile. Brining hope back to the old school grunge style training. No gimmicks, cheap talk or BS. Just hard training with a well spoken, real and entertaining young bodybuilder.
I actually prefer the videos where you senior guys actually get Sam to try different stuff and try to teach him. You just gotta keep letting him ultimately do his own thing and for the love of god get rid of the obnoxious beats. It's important to invest in good editing but it gotta actually be good.@@FouadAbiad

It is good that Sam promotes just a burnout on your targeted area. It doesn't have to be an hour of straight shoulders. But pumping throught your side workouts is the trick. Just don't over exert yourself.
There is something about Sams personality that is likeable, he seems down to earth and not bothered about getting more followers or getting famous which is refreshing.

Rear delts I love resting my head on a incline bench set so my torso is level with the floor this way I don’t have the balance, and I get great activation in my rear delts and amazing results!!! GOALKILLER mindset 👑
