@@Jimmy29li Fouad has been a bodybuilder the majority of his life with plenty of achievements & sources of income. If you’ve watched him for the majority of his career you’d be more inclined to assume the money is more of an afterthought when it comes to the athletes he takes on. He builds relationships and genuinely seems to care, making money is a plus, and Sam is going to make a percentage as well. Good investment on both sides if you ask me.

Sam had a solid following on his own but I think it's fair to say his sponsorship with Hosstile is helpful for his overall long term bodybuilding growth and he also got way more eyes on him in bodybuilding circles because of the signing (a lot of it was negative but haters gonna hate lol). Kind of crazy that he had no sponsorship prior
@bdogfishing I never heard of him but im 46 and i would have skipped right past a 20 year old something kid, so I'm sure many others that follow hosstile in my age group hasn't heard of him either. Now, of course, Hosstile partnered with him to gain also, but you still have to be loyal to the people who give you a leg up or your start in the industry

That one arm sideways rear delt raise on incline bench was a favorite of Arnold. After watching this video, i tried it myself. My rear delts and upper back were thrashed.

Great workout as always with fouad and paul. Sam never really did any shoulder specifc day in his lifts routine but you guys made him do it , a shoulders specific workout. Amazing video and keep these videos coming.. let the pump never stops..💪💪
He doesn’t do it on a bulk but on a cut he said he does everything so he doesn’t lose the mass. On a bulk he feels like the shoulders are developed enough so he doesn’t train them as often

I'm definitely going to do this workout for shoulders now. 37 5'9" weighing 155 I've been trying to put on size the last year eating big, lifting, and resting and I've put on 10lbs. I'd love to see someone like me get sponsored so you can show how you would build someone up from scratch. Keep killing it!

Find high protein, high carb meals you enjoy eating and have then often and find protein powder you enjoy, you'll have all of that more often if you enjoy it and will be more consistent with it. Also, eat a lot of peanut butter, microwave it to eat more without getting as full, if you need to. Also, do drop sets towards the end of your workouts, they help spike muscle building.

Dude so much to take away from this video. You can see still a level of awkwardness from Sam. Understandable that he’s working out with pros. Yet what I really love is the duo isn’t there to change Sam, just understand and possibly teach or tweak. How they instantly jump in with him and just offer him a better pump. How Sam doesn’t get egotistical and listens. This shtt is motivational and I can’t wait to see how he develops more. Thank you for the great vid, can’t wait to see the next one !

I've been lucky enough to train with a couple of high level, national guys. I've never seen someone stack the rear delt machine for 20+reps. Strong as a bull.

Yep. Partial reps are great. Especially heavy partial side laterals. You think your done then you grab some heavy dumbbells and just pump out as many as possible. Mountain dog taught me that. Not every exercise needs to be textbook full ROM
