If so, then I agree, it's nice! I'm especially looking forward to their banter. I'm excited and a little nervous what the ceiling will be for this game that we should have to manage a greater number of active party members. I'm interested to know how the Hero characters will level up, if they need be equipped in order to grow or if they might also earn EXP passively. A more diverse cast is great until it can be too overwhelming to manage. I never actually completed Xenoblade Chronicles X in part due to the sheer number of options for our party and-logically, I concede-because their levels wouldn't scale to my progress; if I wanted to use anyone else, be it for variety or to advance their affinity and story, I'd most likely be forced to grind to an extent beyond what I'd have done for XC1. Xenoblade Chronicles 1 & 2 is far more to taste in that balance, and I hope it won't be too troublesome to keep our Heroes up to par with the main party.
In Xenoblade 2, if you count Rare blades as full party members, you could be running around the map screen with 6, a party of 13 in combat, and then god knows how many 'technical' party members at any given time.

@@Zanza1463 I played X like when it came out but I feel like it’s not gonna be as important as the other games are plus I didn’t feel like setting up my Wii U 😂
Loved XCDE and havent played 2 yet. While I'm excited for XC2 and 3 I must say I'm intimidated by the size and scale of these games. The combat system (and other mechanics+systems) felt pretty overwhelming for me at times while playing definitive edition and I know it's even more complex in the newer games.
Take your time, bro! You can always watch tutorials on UA-cam if you’re having trouble understanding the games. I personally recommend ChuugaaConroy and Enel’s videos, they’re great! I personally enjoy Xenoblade 2 more than 1, so have a great time with it and enjoy the amazing journeys that this series has to offer!
Honestly you don't even need to interact with the systems in 2, it's got a pretty good combat system that encourages team building and stat setups with a big affinity chart, but honestly if you're willing to just grind a LITTLE bit more then you can faceroll the whole game, and the intricacies of the combat system only shine in long fights so you won't even need to worry about that anyway. You can outlevel these games and just win, unless you're doing postgame or endgame content or just looking for a challenge You don't even need to grind in 2 you can even just set all the difficulty options to easy if you require baby game accessibility, that is a legitimate option if you like the story and interactivity but don't like making spreadsheets and keeping game wikis tabbed open I really hope the classes and art mixing in this game will be not only a good and meaningful combat system, but it will actually be encouraged for the player to experiement and not be able to just use the stock classes the entire game. So many people used Shulk/Reyn/Sharla in XC1, or picked a single class and nothing else in XCX, I really hope that there is meaning to switching classes and art mixing beyond "it's fun", it's like playing Pokemon with only your starter
You don’t really need to play 2. It’s full of plotholes and the main characters are very weak and tropey with not much substance. Nia and Zeke are fine, but the rest are very subpar.
@@VForceWave lol I went shulk/reyn/sharla for so long because I was bad and needed a healer but I did swap dunban in a few times. Then I went with shulk/reyn/7 for basically the rest of the game once I got to the fallen arm
@@jerryborjon That’s just not true. It’s the general consensus that Xenoblade 2 has better characters than 1, and this is reinforced by the fact that 2 tells a character driven story, while 1 tells a plot driven one. Every single member of the party in 2 has meaning to the story until its very end, which is not the case for party members in Xenoblade 1 such as Reyn, Sharla, Seven and Riki, that beyond their respective character arc, do not contribute in the slightest to the story. Don’t get me wrong, I love the first game, but you’re doing a disservice to the series by not addressing its flaws and commenting straight up lies about the second game. Not only that, but, without giving any spoilers, Xenoblade 2’s story simply makes Xenoblade 1’s story better and expands the lore magnificently, connecting it to the other Xeno games such as Xenosaga and Xenogears, in a way that fans of the series, such as myself, really fell in love with. Also, I’m really curious about these “plot holes” you’re referring to… care to point them out?

Nice! X is definitely my favorite in the series. I wish it got more attention. Its super unique and really fun.
@@chaosspork I'm not done with it, but after a hundred plus hours... I will give it a break for a little... I was awesome. Maybe the best in the series!
@@ghostfacekhila I believe it has the longest 100% playtime of modern rpg even more than Witcher 3 and its dlc
@@Zanza1463 there are items in X that are near impossible to grind and craft... plus the overdrive builds... yikes
only a week left
all the hype is driving me crazy
God i am getting overwhelmed. This is gonna be a great ride (w so much content aHHHHHh)
It's going to be a great ride to gamestop to trade it in for a copy of pikmin
A wild ride some would say
This game looks cool, I've never really played them
Only played Xenoblade 1 on the Wii and on the Switch, they're really Amazing experiences
@@basedjudeau46 Xenoblade 2 is pretty good too
@@basedjudeau46 you should prob play 2 before 3 even tho its mid
@@galaxyjake2726 - Not really tbh
@@toooydoeur idk i dont have the determination to even watch a lets play
The game is too long and is way too much of an anime for me
seeing the hype around this game i decided to finally get xenoblade chronicles 1 on the switch! ik i wont be done with 1 and 2 before 3 comes out obviously but im excited to play through the series! The combats seemingly complexity always put me off but im 20 hrs in and i love it :D
Good luck!!! I put over 800 hours into Xeno 2... I got hooked on the battlesystem and getting every single Blade maxed out 100% (required 3 playthroughs)... Cool thing is that every Blade has their own little side story while maxing out... Which actually made the grind worth it, for me...
I have my hopes up and can’t wait to be surprised
Glad that the marketing has been smart enough to avoid showing us spoilers, aside from a few things about the Heroes we get which slipped through the cracks
Game is a masterpiece. 60 hours in and can’t put it down.
Xenoblade chronicle 3 is getting really good and awesome and amazing too and trailers too let’s gooo 👍
Agreed
Oh neat they released an overview trailer! :D
Desde que lo anunciaron espero el juego con ansias… “Nintendo, te quiero mucho”
Nintendazo!!
Never played Xenoblade, but I need to play this game because it looks so sick. I have too do anything to get the game
You just need to pay for it. XD
Highly recommend playing the first 2 games cos all 3 are connected
@@neonblackbeast7243 they do feel very separated mostly tho, until you reach....(spoilers).
@@ErgoDog But WHEN you reach the point you miss out big time without knowledge of the first one.
@@FelixS. The most important stuff is towards the end of both games, so it only takes a couple of paragraphs on a wiki site. Hehe
Game of the year
Every time Xenoblade is Pronounced correctly a telethia gets its wings. 👍
Did you guys notice alot of the bgms are mash ups of xc1 and 2 osts? Im hyped
Man, I am so hype for this. I want it to be next week already!
0:11 the hair clip through the jacket 😂🤣😭💀
You say that like it’s a game ruining thing
Lots of games do stuff like that
@@airrider-jk9ik I just messing around here
My favorite
It’s so close!!!!!!
Thank you Nintendo.
same
Definitely gonna buy this game
Not gonna lie, getting serious Astral Chain Vibes and I'm loving it.
I was about to ask how (I really liked Astral Chain btw :) ) but now that you mention it, the Ouroboros forms really do look like Legions!
This game is turned based nothing like astral chain
I need to buy that game one day lol.
Probably won't be buying this game anytime soon though.
@@Zain94336 It isn't turn based
This game will look so wonderful on the OLED ❤️🥳
This game will looks breathtaking on OLED
Beat Xenoblade, Future Connected, Xenoblade 2, and just recently Torna for preparation. I am in shambles. Bring it on
You forgot to buy a Wii U to play X
@@Zanza1463 I played X like when it came out but I feel like it’s not gonna be as important as the other games are plus I didn’t feel like setting up my Wii U 😂
Immovable Gonzales is there, that's the most important part of the game fulfilled.
So much hype! My favourite jrpg and one of my favourite rpg series of all time
This game just looks incredible can’t wait!!!🔥🔥🔥🙌🏼
You can outlevel these games and just win, unless you're doing postgame or endgame content or just looking for a challenge
You don't even need to grind in 2 you can even just set all the difficulty options to easy if you require baby game accessibility, that is a legitimate option if you like the story and interactivity but don't like making spreadsheets and keeping game wikis tabbed open
I really hope the classes and art mixing in this game will be not only a good and meaningful combat system, but it will actually be encouraged for the player to experiement and not be able to just use the stock classes the entire game.
I started playing Xenoblade definitive edition to understand how the story evolved and i´m caught with the story. Now, i see Xenoblade 3 and i feel excited to see what is bringing.
I strongly recommend playing Xenoblade 2 also
One of the few series in Jrpg’s that keeps me alive. Gotta survive one more week to play this >_
Ok edgelord
"That keeps you alive?"
Man... that's gotta be tough

He might be terminal you guys. It’s unlikely but I wouldn’t assume.
@@Jackbarrany ya’ll funny to me 😂
Ah great xenoblade 3 last trailer is coming here,we must get ready guys.
Try to add rewrite the story from kamen rider saber as insert song and bittersweet from trio of deep sin as well.
For extra stuff and clue, play kamen rider saber's opening song ALMIGHTY-Kamen no yakusoku while play Xenoblades 3 to find a lot of hidden clues about all seikens and how they were "conceived" from their respective "parents" plus how Sword of Logos was formed.
Just came here to say I was sold just by the fact it's the 3rd game of an incredible franchise, I'm not even going to bother to watch any of these trailers. Really excited to go on another epic quest
26 hours in and now i started to slow down a bit and take a closer look on everything.
grass land armus and frogs blow me away.
this game is fking beutiful
This game is going to be insane. 120+ hours EASY!
ive never played a xenoblade game but im getting a switch soon and want to play this, will probably get the rest too
Man I was preparing for this by playing the first two games and Torna but got sidetracked with Fire Emblem Three Houses and Three Hopes. Then Live A Live is out this Friday too? Now I gotta get it together and play Xeno 2 and Torna so I can fully enjoy Xeno 3. So much to play, so little time.
You can jump into Xenoblade 3 without any worry. I mean, there will most likely be some tiny references to previous games but I doubt it'd be anything necessary as far as the main plot is concerned.
@Marxrit I played the first game, that was it. Xenoblade 2 didn't grab me
This game was pretty much an instant buy for me from the moment I knew it existed, and has only become moreso as I learn more about it. July 29th can't come soon enough.
Only 7 hours left for me, I'm exited
Stunning. The main reason to buy Nintendo Switch.
This game will be HUGE
Nintendo, stop teasing me! I've already pre-ordered and I can't wait! Just give it to me!))
AAAAAAA I CANT WAIT
9 more days until I get my hands on peak fiction
I love the flute in "the weight of life"

This next Xenoblade story is gonna be interesting! 😁
How xenoblade of Nintendo to xeno release this xeno trailer

Time to avoid spoilers for like 2 months
Hahaha exactly
the fact that the enviorments are so huge, sorta sways me, but I got a big wave of relief when I realized it was work at your own pace
