Everything you need to make your own Motorized Bicycle.
I use 50mm M10 bolts to hold my sprocket on with M10 nylock-nuts to bullet proof the sprocket connection.
They kept coming loose on me, but not any longer.
Nice solution! Thanks for sharing 👍
Finally a new video!
Great video Tony. May I ask why you do not like using the Dorman Toyota O2 Sensor gasket as the exhaust gasket? It doesn't melt or blow out like the ones that come with the kits. Anyways looks great happy riding.
Oh yeah, those do work great.
Is it possible to convert these to a kick start?
Does that reed valve fit on a YD100 ?
Yeah, I'd be happy if BikeBerry stocked a #35 chain gear that would fit on the 2024 Phatmoto jackshaft, hardened tool steel, the deepest groves and thickest teeth possible, and still interface with the chain properly. It's a REALLY bad design, it will constantly work itself loose via torque and the slotted engine mounts, causing the chain to be loosed and eat up the gear. If you guys could look into supplying replacements parts cheaper than 80 dollars you'd undercut Phatmoto.
True the phatmoto jackshaft sucks. But, I would depend on a company like bike berry to do better. Bearing number 99502H will get you to a 5/8 jackshaft. Source parts from there
@@Rambling_Rover what?? Also is there a better centrifugal clutch?
Great video, thank you. What model reed is that?
Thank you. It’s the 40mm reed intake. I’ll post the link in the description.
@tonytaylor5087 No thank YOU! I have the same carb as you have on that particular engine, so you answered a number of questions for me with this video. BikeBerry is building back their reputation in no small part because of you. Hopefully you can keep making these highly informative and useful videos!
@@jimjensen1096 awesome! So glad it helped 😃
Do you know who wrote these directions?
My kit keeps Snapping drive chain can't complete a ride (MODED) anyone recommend a chain that don't snap?
I use :
RK Racing Chain M420-114 (420 Series) 114-Links Standard Non O-Ring Chain with Connecting Link from Scamazon, was less than $15 .made in Japan. running sense march with no issues. You can use BikeBerrys link and purchase this product and still support his channel. Hope this helps
How tight is the chain?
@tonytaylor5087 tried just about everything I can tight loose tensioner no tensioner the works even angle and drag accounted for
@@tonytaylor5087 longest last was 9 miles roughly without tensioner and propper slack
Try the heavy duty chain. The link is in the description.
