The frames are between 20 to 25 FPS and the music and sound effects are heard as in slow motion. This does not happen with the NTSC of Japan and The Americas. And this great problem had no solution until the seventh generation of consoles began.
European games sucks, this problem was not fixed until the seventh generation of consoles. The only European games that did not suffer from these slowdowns were those designed for handheld consoles

Sega Genesis and even the Sega CD versions are the way to go.
The Sega Master System version must've been the PAL version, because it runs so slow!

How does the GBA version have worse animation? I can understand the 360 and PS3 but it should have been on par with the SNES or Sega Gen versions.
