I love mine stuffed with my husbands bratwurst 🌭.
I only ever did twice baked , like yours but without the shrimp. Definitely going to try this, looks delicious😊

Can anyone join in on the Chicken n Dumpling contest? That is one dish that I rock! lol. My sweet Granny taught me to make them...from scratch...on her wood cook stove. No one could beat Granny at making them. I don't have a wood cook stove...but I can mimic it with my NESCO. It's not only a comfort food...it's a memory of Granny food...which is the best kind. I, too, really enjoy a rainy day. Just the sound of rain and thunder is so calming. We had a really good rain yesterday, and it cooled things off just a bit. It's been so dry and keeping up with watering takes most of the morning! Tomatoes are ripening by the dozens now. 🍅 Potatoes look so good, a meal by itself! 🥔🍤

I love storms too. So relaxing.
My dog hates rainy weather. For some reason, my dog finds comfort by climbing into our bathtub when the weather is stormy. Spends the whole night in the tub, sleeping.

You need to get them some Thunder Shirts. They really do work and my dogs loved them!. They are awesome for thunderstorms and separation anxiety.
My son’s boxer will stand in one place beside my chair and shake,pants and he won’t ever lay down. So glad to see this post that do really work.
It didn't work for our dog, unfortunately. We've tried calming treats, too, but he just goes and hides behind the toilet and shakes for hours. Our vet advised we can give him a Benadryl tablet by weight (so he gets a half). It helps a ton, and calms him down. He now stays with us, and no more hiding.

Hi Paula, my daughter and I are big admirers of yours, we were in Savannah two weeks ago to celebrate her 21st birthday. We went on a Segway tour of the historical district, and an employee of the tour company told us that you no longer live in Savannah, but relocated to NY to work for a TV network. Also, we were told that you do not own the Paula Deen Restauraunt , and that it is now a franchise? We were so heart broken to hear all this, but we still love you! Can you please share and confirm? If not I understand. We love you just the same.
