    Great video, thanks!
    Quick summary:
    - Research your niche
    - Focus on one social media platform
    - Batch create videos
    - Create thumbnails before the video
    - Be persistent: create videos at least once a week
    - Find a way to differentiate: do not try doing the same as everyone else

Why create thumbnails before the video though? To me it sounds better to do it after? So you know how the whole video look and feel like and it's easier to frame it ? I see more benefits of doing it after rather than before anything else! Any ideas?

For those who think this guy is just another snake oil salesman, he is NOT. A couple of years ago I started watching this channel (back when he had 20-30k subs) and he kept banging on about UA-cam shorts. Long story short, I did exactly what he said in this video, and tried something no one else was doing in my niche: UA-cam Shorts. I'm no SEO or UA-cam expert, but following this guy's advise has done wonders for my channel(s). I also became creator on the rise after a few months and now have millions of views on shorts and longer videos. Thank you Film Booth 😊

okay, I have a genuine question that im actually confused on, ive checked out your channel, and its good. thumbnails are great and so is the content, but how come your views aren't doing your channel justice. things like this really confuse me because you acc have good content. but then, there are some channels which have less subs but get 2x more views. how does that work?

I've got quetion that if anyone could answer it would be great, I've been using sound effects in my videos for a while now but I'm wondering if I'm using them to overkill, the thing is when I put in a sound effect for just as an example, an airplane going by I then therefore think that if there is another bit of video with something in it that would make a noise I need to put in a sound effect for that as well and I have a lot of different pieces of b roll in my videos, I just don't know where to draw the line as I know they are supposed to be used sparingly and another example would be text popping up, I feel like every single time it needs a little whoosh, but does it? If anyone knows the answer to this it would be much appreciated thanks

Before I even watch the rest of the video, I know your content always speaks for itself because it's always top-notch. But I just wanna say how sweet and considerate it was of you to be so preemptively supportive before she even knew she wanted to do this, and all the work it must've taken to plan for that moment "just in case" before she decided to is nothing short of awesome and precious. I melted a bit when you said the part about how you'd already been working on researching her niche and everything prior, lol. Especially when "becoming a UA-camr" is still pretty commonly scoffed at as a career goal by the majority of people who wouldn't be nearly as supportive, speaking from experience, lol (and I know she's obviously dating someone who's an expert in doing so and whatever, but still, I think it still speaks volumes both personally and professionally the amount of faith you put in her from the get go that she could do it - not "if" she could, but "when" - when a lot of others, experts included, would be quick to start down the rabbit hole of "It probably won't be what you're expecting, you might never get monetized, you probably won't blah blah blah" right off the bat). Just wanted to throw that out there.

When I write my video scripts I find myself playing it back in your voice and imagining what the video would look like if you'd made it. Weirdly just "hearing" you saying the script makes my brain imagine visuals like your videos too.

    Elements of success on UA-cam:
1- Show yourself in your videos
    2- High definition cameras
3- MAKE YOUR VIDEO EDUCATIONAL (so important, to give the people a reason to watch you)
    That's it.
I am not doing these myself as i really don't have time.

if you are not sharing her channel what by the way i respect that idea. You are playing with if all the things you saying are true or not, because after watching the video till the end you left me with the feeling of i am not sure if this is true or just another video where people go through the points but never disclosure their success. The good idea for this video to really hit to me is that you really show the work, not just talk the about it, go in deep in your choices with the specific niche you talk in the video and breakdown another example if you are not gonna be talking about her channel at the end. I can guess she is in the travel niche for what you are explain in the video but that niche is way too broad.
You are really not going really deep on her channel, what it was the niche, what specifics titles or thumbnails you choose to stand out from the crowd, what were there past style videos she was doing (vlog, headtalks, top 10 videos, mistakes from my past trips, challenge videos, etc) I just mention some few points you leave out of the video that are way too important to achieve success on youtube. One thing is create the curiosity with the thumbnail and title to go "ok, let me see what's that" but also you need to deliver on that... I hope you take this as an input to make better videos and not something personal obviously
